This car park is well run but miles away from the airport. Also when booking I did not receive the correct postcode resulting in me driving around in a mad rush for nearly an hour to find this place. My advice, book direct, pay a bit more and understand where you are going. Car park itself is very safe, professional staff and them holding onto your keys is a nice touch- one less thing to worry about losing on holiday.

Easy to book, easy to find. Price is good value. Overall a pleasant experience and relaxing all together. Friendly staffs too!

Think the driver should be able to notify office they have picked the customer up & onroute back to car-park..as it's 20mins away i'm sure they could get car keys ready.

Booked purple parking two days before our flight and was surprised by the low price. The promise of regular transfers to and from the carpark was also kept and it was easy enough to find in the first instant. The drivers could work on their customer service but this is only a minor quibble, it would not deter me from booking again or recommending to others.

It was a straightforward, hassle free experience from the original booking to the parking at the long stay car park.

The car park was further from the airport than I expected but the service was good and efficient. I was concerned that I was instructed to call a premium number to request pick up on my return but in the end that didn't prove necessary as the minibus turned up promptly.

I arrived at the Purple Parking Car Park at 06.40 am, having driven up from Bournemouth, in good time to park and transfer to Terminal 5. Alas the Sat Nav took me to their REAR ENTRANCE. It was hard to raise anyone at that time. Eventually I spoke to someone; then another; then another. I was not a local and soon got caught in local rush hour traffic, that I had tried to avoid. The third young lady was marvellous and stayed talking to me until I navigated my way round to Purple Parkingd FRONT entrance. I NEARLY missed the flight, and only was allowed on as I had just a briefcase. It was a stressful begining to the day. The day trip to Italy and back was fine. I called Purple Parking from the plane at around 20.30 hrs. I had to wait about 10 minutes for their mini-bus, which was OK. The end experience was a lot better than the early one. I used the Sat Nav I was given. It would have been helpful when I made the booking to be told of the Rear Entrance that Sat Nav would 'lock' to. I will use Purple Parking again, but next time I will be better prepared!!

The car par is quite a way from terminal 5, and we had to wait a long time for other people to get to the bus before we left the airport to pick up our car, which was quite frustrating at the time.

Had to wait over 30 mins to be picked up from the airport, not a punctual service at all. Next time I will be paying the additonal £15 to park in the business parking at terminal 5. Not recommending this car park to anyone I know.

This was very easy. Used the SAT NAV to find the location....was already booked online. Easy entrance and parking. Walked just a few meters or so and boarded their van with the luggage. Shortly arrived at airport in front of my Terminal. Upon return a simple phone call to the Purple office, walked out of terminal...the van was waiting on us. Took our luggage and direct to the parking....all was easy. In and out in no time at all. Good value for money.

After arriving to drop off the car, I waited 2 mins for the bus and was at the airport 30 mins earlier than I planned. on the way back collection was just as efficient. Highly recommended service

Perfect service no waiting around called for transfer upon returning and was waiting when we came out of departures cannot fault the service and great value

The staff were very friendly, the car park looked very secure as soon as we arrived. They drop off and pick up were very quick and easy as well as secure. The transfers were quick and the staff helped with the bags as we were very tired after a long flight. It is extremely good value for money.

Easy to find, although final road can be slow due to restricted width and big lorries up and down it. Booking in process is fairly efficient - you leave your keys. Toilets and seating room close to departure point. Not long to wait for trip to airport terminal door. Pick up fairly efficient , too many for first bus but second wasn't far behind. dropped and shown where car was parked. Staff helpful. Use each time I fly from Heathrow.

Really easy drop off and prompt bus transfer courteous staff , first time I've used purple parking and I will definitely use in the future , great service Thanks

it was fantastic!! as soon as we came out of the airport the bus was waiting fus us. we wete dropped right next to our car. very impressed. will deffinately use again
