The parking is down a slightly complicated route & signposting could be bigger especially towards the end of the route but once arrived seemed quick & efficient. Seems a good budget parking place to me & I will happily use again.

The airport parking service was good value and the shuttle bus service was very efficient .

It is a good way from Term 4 so allow at least 20 mins more to get to check in. Pick up was waiting for me on return. They used to say only phone for pick up after getting bags but now its as soon as you land so for the first time we did not have to wait which was perfect with two tired grand children in tow!

The service provided was quick, polite and punctual. the car park is further than expected from T5 with a 10 / 15 min commute from the car park depending upon local traffic.

Good value for money and good service from booking the parking to picking up my car.

The car park is a bit far in traffic from Heathrow and access is a bit tricky (speed bumps, low bridge and twisty road) but other than that the car park seemed very secure and the staff were great. Transfers were spot on and for the price I have no complaints at all.

Couldn't fault purple parking. Great value for money. Arrived at great purple parking, got checked in immediately and within 3 minutes was on the transfer bus on our way to heathrow. Coming back having called to say we'd got our cases, was told to proceed to a designated bus stop and waited no more than 5 minutes and the bus arrived. Would definitely use again.

The only problem is the M4, but there is nothing Purple Parking can do about that.

I have used Purple Parking before - this one was a little further out so allow bit more transfer time but for long stay was incredible value . Transfers were prompt - particularly important late at night , recommend any time .

I found the car park using my sat nav and was very easy to find. Was well signposted on arrival directing you to the reception. The staff were pleasant and advised where to park your car and then where to wait for the shuttle bus. You park the car up in a bay and hand your keys in a bag supplied to the bus driver when you boarded. I wanted about 5 minutes for my transfer bus, was a quick and easy journey. Was explained on drop off where to wait for my shuttle bus on return. Again on my return journey I wanted about 5 minutes before a bus showed up and my car was all ready and waiting for me on my return. Great value for money no complaints and would defiantly use again.

Let's face it folks, holidays, at least getting to them, can be one of the worst experiences ever. Not so on our latest trip to south Africa from Terminal 5. The whole transfer to and collection from was smooth and efficient. The vehicle that collected us could have been a bit cleaner inside but the actual transport timing and service was spot on.

Very pleased with service provided, but the 30 minute wait for the return pickup was rather more than we had experienced with other car parking companies that we have used in previous years.

Excellent service for punctuality. I do feel the drivers could be a little more helpful and polite.

The location was easy to find. The drop off and pick up was punctual and efficient and all that for a much lower cost than the long duration car park at the airport. I would wholeheartedly recommend Purple parking to anyone.

The car park was easy to find and once inside it was easy and close to get to the coaches.Waiting time time was not that bad and when calling for a pick up it arrived within 15 minutes. i will definately use again in a few months when going back home.

Easy access, painless handover and excellent transportation to/from Heathrow. Will certainly use them again.

Flight from Heathrow terminal 4. Took about 20 mins from arriving to get there, as it also stops at terminal 5. Worth knowing if in a hurry as they don't tell you. Coming back, called as directed, but took over 50 minutes to get a pick. Was 11 pm in evening but no indication anywhere this would be the case. Waited for other passengers who didn't show and still went to terminal 5. Used PP for years but seems to be declining (complacency?) drivers ok, but general staff don't seem happy and non communicative. Will think about using PP next time and may use others.

great value for money. We used the car park for 6 weeks and purple parking were 3 times cheaper than anything else we could find at heathrow. Shuttle service was quick and efficient both going to and coming back from the airport. Highly recommended.
