A 40 minute wait from a first phone call on return from holiday is unacceptable. Especially with so many competitors. I made a second call after 15 mins to be told the car was still 20 minutes away. It would have been helpful and professional if they had told me of a delay at the time of the first call. Very disappointing.

Dropping off the car worked like clockwork, our problems were on the return when we called for the car we went as instructed to the pick up point there was no star car parking staff in attendance and I had to call several times to be told of a fault with the electric gate to the car pound and would have to wait, it took at least an hour and when my car was returned it was filthy covered in dust.

The car was returned to us with a kerbed alloy and punctured tyre that we were left to change on our own after an 9hr. flight. The tyre was scrap and we had to travel a 100mile onward journey at 60mph on a space saver tyre. Star Parking driver admitted causing the damage but we have been offered no recompense for the tyre or damaged alloy.

Excellent service would recommend. Problem with phone number given but after that very prompt and efficient.

We were very pleased with the service we received. The car was collected on time from Terminal 3 and return within 20 minutes of us arriving back to the short stay multi storey car park at Terminal 5. Thank you a great service that was good value for money.

We have used this type of parking before, sometimes cars have been late arriving back not a good experience when you have had a long haul flight?? we were very happy with drop off and with drop back, excellent service, will use your company again, thank you.

Both drivers were not wearing uniforms as promised which made us feel it was a bit unprofessional. They did not ask me to review the car on return for any damage either. These points which could easily be addressed have the potential to make it a great service

I was travelling with both my disabled parents and therefore required this service. The Driver collected and returned my car promptly so there was no waiting around. Thanks for the excellent value for money service. Will definately use again and recommend to family and friends.

Traffic congestion on the airport feeder road due to an accident caused delay in the vehicle being returned but other than that everything worked as well as could be expected.

I was impressed that they did a walk round of the car and noted the mileage when collecting the car. On our return we had just picked up our luggage, when we received a call to say that our car was ready for us outside the airport. The only difficulty was on the initial drop off finding the right place outside departures. All in all, a brilliant service and would definitely use them again

We got a little lost in the car park but phoned and the man directed us to the parking lot - our fault I think, not theirs. On the return they called as soon as the plane landed to say the car was ready and waiting for us. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely use them again.

Driver was ready and waiting on droppng off at heathrow.warm and friendly reception. On arrival, the driver called us, before we had collected our luggage and waiting a considerable length of time whilst we collected luggage and passed security. He was very friendly and handing over was easy.mwill definitely use star parking again. Thank you.

this is the 2nd time using star and after purchasing a new car I needed a reliable service. Star are the most professional valet company I have used, punctual, polite, easy to book, contact and car as we left it. Driver made telephone contact before we did at parking and returing stages of our trip. Very reasuring, very well done, will always use Star parking at Heathrow.

Was worried because it was so cheap!! But the service was efficient, the car was picked up quickly with a no nonsense approach and the return was the same. Would happily recommend the service to anyone using Heathrow Airport. Well done Star Parking!
