Not the cheapest I've tried but almost. They did what they said they would. The company they use to book through didn't parse all the info correctly. Coped well with incorrect flight and car info and even when we missed a connection. Would definitely use again.

Owing to driver looking for wrong model car, we were moved on and had to re-enter causing some delay

The car was picked up at Heathrow promptly by helpful and friendly staff. And the car was waiting for me in the carpark on arrival back from my holiday. No problems whatsoever. Would recommend.

Previously used Purple Parking Meet and Greet and was skeptical about using a provider that was significantly less expensive however the experience was excellent and I will use again.

As a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children, not having to deal with loading luggage on and off a bus was terrific. We had paid extra to have the car valeted, which was completed to an ok standard...but probably not worth it. The sheer convenience however was brilliant, and i would certainly use this service again.

Highly recomend Star Parking for efficient and friendly service. I will definately use them next time.

driver was waitng when we arrived at heathrow and was only a few minutes late when returning from holiday. All in all a very good service

We were given incorrect ( out of date) drop off instructions for leaving our car at Heathrow Terminal 1. It took a further 40 minutes of multiple mobile phone calls until we were directed to the drop off point actually being used now. Pick up was smooth, timelt and faultless.

We left our car with Star Parking for 10 days while on holiday . When we initially arrived at heathrow the car was taken by the staff member and we were given a form to sign with the milage on it but no checks of the car were done . On our return , our car had been damaged quite badly (dented in the rear panel of drivers side) , and when we spoke to the staff about it ,they said that the dent had already been there when we left it in and this had been noted on the diagram whilst under their supervision . Absolute joke , as they said we had signed this form with the diagram all filled out - which was incorrect ! Basically we were told we were liars !

My departure time was at an extremely early hour of the morning, which meant getting to Heathrow in the small hours. This meant I arrived earlier than expected but this proved no problem at all. My phone call was answered by someone happy to give of their time and go over things with a first time user. I was met by an extremely helpful driver as promised. On return the service was equally good (they rang me rather than I them as I was behind in time), though rather rushed as it was the height of the evening rush hour and set down space was extremely limited. I would certainly use this service again.

when we have used other Meet and Greet companies we have had to wait for our car to be returned which is not much fun when you have traveled all night. Our car was ready and waiting for us!

Good service although car rather grubby on return but inevitable I suppose being parked outside for 2 weeks.

I was on my way to Heathrow when the car park company called me to check my time of arrive and to tell me an agent will be waiting for me. that was very reassuring. On return they called again just after we had landed and told me my car would be waiting for me. All worked very smoothly. Definately use them again.

So I get back call them when i leave the baggage area as instructed. I come up at 9 pm as agreed on my paper work and no car. I call them they say it will be there in 5 min so 30 min and 4 calls later the at shows up. Now I wonder why the he'll do u need to specify an time to meet up when it clearly don't work. I will go back to park and fly only chose these guys as it was the cheapest option.

Great service, no surprises (except that they gave an old contact phone number on the confirmation email). They were there to greet us at the terminal, and waiting patiently when we finally got out of baggage reclaim.

Star Parking did a good job. Resonably prompt on the outbound and extremely prompt on return. Excellent value for money.

Your staff were most helpful, customer friendly and efficient. On our arrival back at the airport we phoned as instructed, and they beat us to the collection point! Excellent service, which we will use again.
