terminal 4 from terminal 1 a nightmare.. Shuttle bus from T4 to car park, excellent . Use this service, it's great.... You will not be disappointed.

Prompt and frequent buses, close to the airport. I was very pleased with my expereance.

The parking is very close to the terminal, a bus transfer arrived within 5 mins so not a lot of waiting around, adequate lighting for evening/night, polite staff. Would be happy to use again.

Easy to find. Easy to park. Shuttle bus was quick and the driver was friendly. Could do with being a bit cheaper but it took the stress out of it all and I'd use it again.

Car park was easy to find and entry and exit was easy to negotiate. The transfer pick up points were easy to find and the transfer bus appeared after only a few minutes at around 5am. No problems.

I booked the parking online with no problems. Well sign posted so easy to find. Smooth entry and exit. And the shuttle bus pulled up within less than 2 minutes there and back. The last thing you want before or after a flight is any added stress and this was definately hassle free. A pleasure parking. Many thanks! Michelle

This is the first time we have used this facility and would highly recommend it to others. It was extremely convenient, economic and efficient, despite a very early morning check in. Thank you.

This was the first time we had left our car in an airport car park . Service was very easy to use. Buses to and from came within a couple of minutes. Would use again and recommend to others.

Booking on line was simple, instructions were clear. Car park was easy to find. Transfers were efficient and the buses clean. Staff are friendly, would recommend and definately use again.

Having prepaid, on arrival I had to take a ticket which I did not expect. The staff assured me that this was normal and indeed my booking reference appeared on the ticket. On departure from terminal 4, some of the signage for bus stops was missing, and the staff I asked for help was sarcastic. These were minor points, the service works well and the bus transfer is very short with (in my case) no more than 5 minutes wait.

Followed directions given, found car park easily. Wasn't very clear where we could park as we were told area would print on ticket, but it didn't. However got asssitance from bus driver. Buses are clean and seem to leave regularly. Would definatly use again.

We were booked to fly on Monday 17th May but because of the volcanic ash were delayed a day. We did arrive on the first day however but once we had been in the terminal and realised there was a delay went to collect our car. The guys on the exit were extremely sypathetic and helpful as were the drivers on every coach we used to transfer us to the/from the terminal. Am looking for Gatwick in September and will use gosimply for that if possible

Signage to parking - good. Bus picked me up within 3 mins of sitting down at bus stop. Driver friendly & conversational despite me being the only passenger. Journey back: waited 5 mins max at the stop...dropped off with no issues...attendant in the hut sorted ticket out and off I drove. Thoroughly recommended for quick, hassle-free service!

No problem, ideally situated as we stayed in the Hilton and flew from terminal 4. Staff were friendly and the timing of the coach for transfer was great. On return though the car park was covered in snow and treacherous, needs salting/gritting. For us after a overnight transatlantic flight we didn't need this problem.

We found the car park easily and on arrival was told to park the car in the short stay car park - comprehensive directions/map were given. This was much easier as it is so close to the terminal and no tranfers required. On my return I went to the information office at the short stay car park and they did appear to struggle to give me the necessary ticket to exit the car park without incurring payment. However after about 15 mins tapping on a computer and discussions between themselves about houw to 'override the system' I left the office with the necessary ticket and started my journey. All round good experience.

I was pleased by the short transfer, easy to find car and that I got to keep my keys. may not have been the cheapest but still very pleased with it.

Better signs in T4 to direct ypo to transfer bus. Also, bus drivers could be more communicative.

Just a very good experience with the added bonus of not being miles from the airport on our return.

Perfect! 'On-Airport' parking with frequent quick shuttle bus transfers to the Terminal. Especially good for someone like me who arrived late to the airport and needed to get to the check-in pretty quickly! For just a 4 day stay like mine, it worked out cheaper than getting a mini-cab to the airport!

I don't like the idea of leaving the car with a collection service and have heard horror stories so went for the long stay. Considering I booked only 2 days before use the price was good for 2 weeks. Signage and access were excellent at T4. No receipts etc reqd which is a blessing when you're off on holiday, just used the card I booked on. Transfer on arrival was there in 2 minutes and return coach at 8pm on a Monday was about 5 minutes wait. The trip takes no time at all. Excellent and easy to use, would definitely use this parking again.
