Easy to find, well signposted at the carpark and airport for pick up and drop off and did not have to wait long for transport to airport and drop off back to the carpark

Although the prebooking info tells you to go to customer services to validate your exit ticket there is no need - ticket works in barriers to exit. Watch for signs to turn right off dual carriageway into carpark. Didnt see anyone on way in. Busses very frequent and loads luggage space.

It was very beneficial for me very convenient ,I will use service again and would recommend family and friends.

Although it sounds odd, the car parking was the most pleasant part of my trip! I had a nightmare of a journey, but the car parking was easy, the bus turned up straight away and when I finally got back to Heathrow, my car was where I left it safe and sound! I wish my whole trip had been as easy as the parking!

I've used this service twice now and have no complaints. The car park is easy to get to, I've never had to wait long for a transfer bus and it only takes a few minutes to get to the terminal.

No problem at all - bus driver helpfully waited for me to reach the bus stop before setting off.

It was cold and the bus arrived without waiting to long. On arrivel at the airport my wife had left her bag in the car,the driver promptly took us back and forth.happily On our return the bus was ontime.no problem. slight problem at the exit barrier it would not except my ticket and i had to go to the desk.

This was the first time I ihad used a faciility such as this and I was a little anxious about how easy/difficult it would be. Arriving in the early hours of the morning was not a problem; signposting from the M25 was simple, entry and parking was easy, transfer to termianl 4 prompt and helpful. I was a day late returning, but even early in the morning staff were helpful and friendly to facilitate an easy exit. Well done on all counts, I wouldn't hesitate to use again this facility in future and recommend it to friends. Thanks to all involved!

This parking service was very easy to book,the service provided good value for money, keeping in touch with us by e.mail both before we went on holiday and on our return was very efficient. We will certainly use this parking service again.

First time user therefore confused when parking zone was not marked on entry ticket as stated on instructions. This apparantly is no longer the case, park where you can find space. Similarly on exit there is no need to validate ticket as stated, just pass through barrier inserting ticket. As previously mentioned by other customers, passengers arriving early morning for pick up should not have to pay for whole day, there should be a pro rata charge. Very convienient and quick.

Second time we have used this parking (pre booked) and it is very convenient and good value for money. I looked into hotel deals that give you free parking but they didn't work out cheaper in the end even though you get accomodation (Ashford Travel Lodge is very cheap!)

I have used T5 car parking and T4 parking, and I must admit T4 was much better. I have used Manchester, Biringham and Gatwick and can deffinatley confirm your T4 Long stat was the ost user friendly and non complicated parking. My husband works at Birmingham Airport and he even complimented on the easy and un complicated parking at your site. We will deffinately not hesitate to use your facility again. My gripe is that I do not like having to pay a full day rate for less than half a days parking. I think you should offer half days so people on overnight flights who collect cars very early in the 8th day for example are not charged a full day. Rip off springs to mind!

Would use again near to airport no issues quick pick up and drop off, polite staff.

Car park esaily accessible from motorway. Car park was very full and it took some searching to find a space. Transfers punctual with drivers keen to assist in loading and off-loading baggage. Automated bariers made for rapid entry & exit. Overall a very satisfactory experience
