Wondered if this way of parking was going to be OK.Found that it was easy and stress free by buying ticket on line in advance.

I had a shock on leaving the car park. I put the card in the machine and it told me I owed £183.10! However, I pressed the help button and the chap I spoke to took my Reg No and confirmed who I was and that I had paid and I was able to go through the barrier on my way home. I did go into panic mode to start with wondering how I would pay such a fee!

Change your directions from M25. You state exit at exit 14A. There is no exit 14A Fortunarely we had plenty of time to exit at 15 and return, otherwise it could have been a different story.

Easy transfer to and from terminal and entry/exit of car park. Downside was not great lighting in the car park and the information on how to find get to the car park needs updating. Exit from M25 on instructions says 14A but overhead gantry does not. It just says junction 14 so we sailed by thinking it was the next one to find ourselves at junction 15 and caught in M4 traffic. Please amend instructions. Also would have been useful to have bus stop number in the text we printed off as that would then have been to hand when we came off our flight. We know we saw it on the bus but after two wweks away and an overnight flight we couldn't recollect. These alterations will make a difference. Didn't speak to or engage with parking staff so difficult to rate that one so have put neutral.

The was no notification when in the car park as to which drop off point you were at. The driver did not say and there was no indication on the bus as to where abouts in the car park you were. A rainy night with misty windows you have no hope of knowing. Modern technology should be able to let you know which drop off point you are at or at least the driver tell you.

Did not see any parking staff other than the transfer drivers who were polite. The service was worth the price and I was happy with the proximity to the airport. The security could have been greater though. I did not see a single member of staff in the car park itself and this did not quash my worries about having a new car in a large and fairly open car park

Booking process was simple, number plate recognition worked fine. Coaches were frequent and driver dropped me next to my car on return as it was raining.

It's worth going from Terminal 5 to have the Long Term Car Park facilities!

Arrived early on the morning of 4th Jan in the pouring rain and it was very dark. Having not used T5 before I was concerned I might not be able to find the Car Park easily, however the signage was good and it was a easy to find. Short wait for the bus and an efficient service all round. The use of ANPR technology is great and means entry and exit to the car park is easy. Overall a very good experience and I shall use T5 long term parking again.

All in all a good service - good access to the Motorways, arrival & departure procedure very easy, parking spacious and well designed, transfer-time to Terminal 5 very reasonable, plus, you keep your keys... The only niggles were that the waiting time for the bus back to the car park was definitely more than the promised 10 minutes (it was close to 25!) and it's not the cheapest car park - but maybe that's because it was Christmas time... In summary, if you look for a hassle-free way to park your car at Terminal 5 for a few days, this is definitely one to consider.
