Used many time before and will use many times in the future I am sure.

The car park was further away than expected and we had to wait a while for the bus to collect us from the airport to the car, a number of people called hte office, including myself and were told that it was just "round the corner" but after waiting over 25mins it still had not arrived.

My husband and I like this car park very much.We have left our car there many times over the years.We are thinking of leave our car there again for our summer holiday. This car park used to be called quality parking.

It was good experience. What is important to remember is that you need to call for a pick-up as early as possible especially when traveling with hand luggage only. I ended up waiting for almost 30 min. The car was ok.

Booking process easy to follow, transfers from car to bus were efficiently handled and staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Good services all around, had to wait for the transfer to the terminal for a bit more than 10mins but otherwise can fully recommend it.

Glad to see you've maintained the standard of Quality parking, some of the lessons of picking up could be learned by the Purple Parking Unit at Hayes

It took over twenty minutes to pick me up from Heathrow, despite this being out of the rush hour.

Would recommend purple parking for long stays. the staff were really helpful and the car was very safe and the buses were on time and punctual.

Smooth operation from logging on, through purchase to parking and transfer. It is relatively soulless and clinical but the staff were courteous and in the end its car parking and security you want. No problems there.

excellent service all round, from easy to follow directions to car park.(which was well maintained & lit)friendly staff who accepted a change of my return schedule without any trouble. On my return I was collected within 5 mins & was on my way home (together with a route to get to the M1!) in a further 2 mins. And the car was clean & unmarked which is not always the case these days. I would happily use them again & not hesitate to recommend them to other travellers

The service provided was outstanding and went without any hitches including the car being delivered to meet us at the drop off point for an easy exit out of the airport.

Good price,polite staff,secure parking,easy to find,punctual, as they meet me with my car on arrival back to airport. EXCELLENT!!! and that ant no bull .... i will be using this service again and again.

Not knowing where to leave the car during a trip to Australia, I googled Heathrow+carparking and at random picked Purple Parking. It was wonderful. Easy to find, no waiting either end, pick-up drivers courteous and efficient. Definitely one to bookmark as a 'favourite'.

Unorganised when checking in had to wait 20 mins and only 1 car in front of us, on return expecting a prompt meet and greet when we phoned were told it was a 40 minute wait so we s6tood out in the cold for over 50 mins we phoned then after that time and was told the car would be another 10 minutes so would not reccommend Purple Parking meet and greet to anyone as whilst stood waiting for car 3 of their buses came to the stop so would of been easier to have ordinary car parking with them

We were upgraded to the chaufer service which worked really well, the bus that took us to the air port was quick and easy but it was wonderful to have our own car delivered to arrivals. Thank you for your polite and helpful service. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend and use purple parking again. Thank you!

I would highly recommend purple parking. Very reasonable rates and check-in was very easy. Transfer to terminal was quick and return of the car to the terminal very good. My car was there before I left the terminal so no hanging around.

Fantastic price and professional service. Dropped the car off and got straight onto shuttle bus which took 5 mins. On our return we rang as soon as we landed and as promissed our car was there waiting for us, a must after an 11hr flight.

It was easy to find and very efficient check-in and transfer. When we phoned on our return, on collection of baggage as instructed, the driver was waiting, but was a little off-hand as he said he had been for a while. Otherwise, fantastic service.
