on arrival parked my car and within 10mins we were on a transfer bus to the airport in 8mins ,on arrival fone carpark told us which bus stop to get, transfer bus was waiting.got back ok got to the car and back home, to all the doubters who feel leaving their car keys with them dont worry because we saw ferrari bmws etc all parked there too.

I've used this service at Heathrow before and will definitely be using it again! Easy to organise, easy to get to the car park and 15 mins after parking my car I was standing in Terminal 3 and checking in. On my return, I followed the instructions on the card that was handed to me when I dropped my car off and by the time I'd collected my luggage and made my way to the bus stop specified just outside the terminal, the pick up bus was already there. Couldn't be any more efficient

My problem is the long transfer times - it's only a 5-10 minute trip on the bus but I waited an age both ends for a bus. We had to chase up the guy in the office for the transfer on the way out, and only then did it arrive, after 15-20 mins of waiting. On the return journey, i rang as I was walking off the plane, as directed but it still took nearly an hour from then to getting back to the car, 20 minutes of which was waiting for the bus - in this time most of the other long term buses passed by at least twice! I was pretty impressed with the parking location, the check in and out process was good and the car looked well looked after - just the transfer is anything but business timings - I won't be using again. It wasn't just me either, another customer was complaining as I left the car park!

Everything was nice and easy, my only "negative" remark was that getting to the garage wasn't very straight-forward. But just follow the sign for business parking and you'll do alright.

Good communication on arrival for collection on return. Prompt transfers. Very good value and service!

Purple parking were very efficient. The only difficulty we had was finding bus stop no. 20(or whatever)on our return. The sign is not visible till you're almost on top of it, but this is the air terminal's responsibility.

Great location, great service to the airport, but 1hour to get back was a joke. No one tells you that you need bus stop 22 but to wait for the SILVER bus, not the purple one.... we waited over 40 mins for a bus! Would use again, knowing the silver bus trick.... But also would nag them about getting a return transfer bus to us a little quicker!

On arrival there was a queue to get parked but once we got to the reception counter, we were processed very quickly. We were even offered a free upgrade to have the car delivered to us on arrival at the airport. On arriving at the short stay car park in Terminal 3, the car was waiting, the attendant paid for our parking (at their cost) and handed over our keys. All in all, a good experience and will use again.

Right from the drive in point all staff were fantastic and our airport shuttle bus driver both going and on our returns were great. I did enjoy using the parking facility and I will use them again in my next trip.

I booked my parking very last minute. That morning! Booking was quick- less than 2 minutes, directions to the car park were clear and the transfer time to the terminal was roughly 5 minutes. It may have been just my luck that the bus was there when I needed it, however I have had to wait around 20 mins for a bus at other airports in the past. I liked the fact that it was a sheltered car park also. Will def use again.

Simple check in and collection, rather long transfer, prompt response to unexpected very late arrival (3am).

Car park easy to use and check-in was pretty efficient. Transfers were quick.

For the second time I take the business parking, I have to wait about 30 min before I can be picked up, although I call right after I step down from the plane. For some reason, it was quicker when I parked at the long stay parking.

Entry into the park was confusing, as the road markings to the Check in was in the Bus lane. I followed the road signs and actually went into the car park without Checking in first. On collection I had to go and find my own car after being given some vague directions. As this was supposed to be Business parking I would have expected my car to driven around to reception for me. I left my luggage at reception to find my car and due to the one way system my car was facing the wrong direction when driven back to reception and I had to reverse in tight area when I loaded my luggage into the car. So a very ordinary experience.

We followed purple parkings instructions and phoned once we had cleared customs. We were told to go to the relevant bus stop and expect the bus in about 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I rang back only to be told that they had no record of us calling. We were then told a bus would be with us within 7 to 10 minutes, 12 minutes later a bus arrived and we were told we would have to wait for another party to arrive. I complained to the driver saying that we had been kept waiting long enough already in the cold and could we not just go. I was told that we would have to wait. After about 10 minutes we did leave without the other passengers. I did complain and I was told I would get a £10 refund which they thought was quite generous as the bus service was a courtesy service and not included in the price. I wouldn't use purple parking again as I felt their service did not match the description outlined in their itinery.

This is not a business service. I waited 45 minutes to be picked up on return. Meanwhile I saw 3 heathrow long term parking buses go by. That would have been a much better option. When bus arrived it was chaos, people pushing on who had only be at the bus stop for 5 minutes. Driver did not care. This was at 7pm on a Sunday, they should be running a bus more than once an hour at this time! Terrible service

All was as I hoped it would be. All the staff we encountered were polite and helpful, will happily use again and recommend.

Excellent customer service. Easy to find and very close to the airport. Only downside of it Is that you always have to wait between 10 to 20 mins to be taken or be picked up at the airport. They need more vans to do the run more often. Good value for money though.

No problems. Competitive price. Polite staff, simple secure parking system. Transit mini bus transfer with trailer for luggage,(this makes a noisey journey). Prompt pickup.
