The security on the site looked excellent and left me with confidence that my car would be safe while I was away. As you approached the security barrier your registration was recorded enabling the staff to know exactely who you were. The greeting by my name was a nice touch and felt really personal. The assitance was polite, professional and efficient, within a couple of minutes I had parked up handed over my keys and was getting into the transfer bus. All this was undercover which is a big advantage over similar sites I've used should the weather be inclement. I will recommend to all my works colleauges.

Our return flight was delayed and meant that we arrived back 2hours later than we should have. Upon arrival at the carpark, the attendant proudly advised us that we would have to pay another full days money, £9.95, due to us overrunning the allotted time. there was no room for discussion on this - pay up or no keys!!! Last April we were delayed 12 hours due to the volcanic ash and had used a meet and greet service, despite this long delay they met us on our return with smiles and sympathy and not a hint of requiring 'extra payment'. Quality Parking? Should be called LOW QUALITY PARKING!

I have used it three times this year.It has been easy to get to from the M4 and good for a quick getaway. we have never had to wait long for a transfer and the car is ready and waiting. That's all we ask.

Easy to find from directions, a lot cheaper than many competitors, staff very efficient, polite and no waiting around, would definitely recommend to others using Heathrow.

The only fault is the birds roosting on the girders and leaving a mess on the paintwork.

In the past I have used a different car park , but through default I had to use Quality Airport Parking - it was a brilliant service , I will always use this service from now on !!

Good price. Good security. Quick transfers. Will use again. Only problem was finding the place. Set your sat nav to the Premier Inn next door - the parking is immediately after it.

Would recommend to anyone - although finding the M25 on exit was tricky (but that was probably just me!)

We were first time users and not quite sure how it would turn out. The facility to cancel without penalty until a late stage was one decider. Staff were friendly and efficient even at a very early hour on departure and even though we were the only customers at our pick up time on returning. The phoning on arrival at Terminal worked fine and our car was waiting. The only point I would make is that transfer time to airport is a bit longer than the 10 minutes that I THINK I saw advertised. It would be significantly longer at peak traffic times, which we did not happen to hit. Hope this helps....

From arriving with our car to collecting our car at the end of our trip, the staff were friendly, efficient and courtious at all times. We felt that they had done all they could to ensure our vehicle was safe and secure and well looked after. We will definately use this car park again.

waited over half hour for return bus at airport while others had 2 visits in that time, then we had to go to T3 to collect others who weren't there. Rest of service was fine

The service at QAP was excellent, fast and efficient. The cark park was much closer to the terminals than others within a similar price range.

Good organisation, speedy transits between car park to terminal. Car was waiting close by for pick up when we arrived home. An excellent experience.

Easy check in and we ordered the car to meet us on our arrival. All went very smooth and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

A very good service, located close to the airport. Plenty of shuttle buses running so no waiting once you've got back to the airport.

The postcode listed takes you to a Morrissons supermarket so don't trust it. The directions state turn just after the Travel Inn, don't do this, it is after a different hotel, there are lots of Hotels i this area. I had to wait for a long time for collection at the end of my holiday, I saw many other companies doing multiple pickups before I was collected. I paid a little extra for this company as they offered undercover parking, but in the small print it states 'mostly undercover'. When I received my car back, after 6 days, it was a lot more dirty than when I dropped it off, with a substantial amount of bird mess. I believe I may have just been an unlucky customer, but I think I'm going to save a bit of money and go with the previous company next time.

Although I found it quite difficult to find not being familiar with Heathrow, once parked I found the staff courteous and helpful, especially as I was travelling with someone who needed extra assistance. Transfers were prompt and regular. From my experience, I would recommend this service.

Entry was efficient, parking convenient, bus fairly prompt and also return with car ready in convenient place. Excellent service.

It is a fantastic way to park in you are travelling from Heathrow. Fast and easy, professional and on time. Will use again!
