The details and instructions were clear and easy to follow. There was a slight delay on the transfer to the airport from the car park on arrival but on my return my car was brought to the terminal ready for me to drive away.

My car was pretty messy when I collected it - covered in bird mess that wasn't there before. Would have been nice if it had been given a quick clean outside. Otherwise, it was a very good service, with good flexibility when I stayed an extra day unexpectedly - very smooth, automatically charged me extra and I didn't have to mess about once I picked up my keys. The driver loaded up the luggage and took care of our keys; all we had to do was get on the shuttle bus. They were there waiting for us on return with the same level of service. Our car was about 25 yards from the drop off point so we were left within 5 minutes of getting back to the site. Only negatives are the british weather and the London traffic; which I can't blame on QAP!!!

On our return, we had to wait 25 minutes to be picked up. When the coach arrived he had places only for our party of 4, plus baby. Another 4 customers (including a couple with a young child) had to wait for another coach. When our driver reported that he had to leave people behind, the despatcher actually asked him why!!! I did talk to the 2 despatchers before leaving about the long wait and was told that there had been a hold up in the tunnel to Heathrow. The driver did not mention this when we asked him why the delay. Our journey out went smoothly and we have had good service from Quality in the past, but we will certainly think twice after this experience.

Everything is made so simple and reassuring for you.The transfers were comfortable, friendly and efficent.This is also excellent value for money and takes all the stress of car parking.

The car drop off was quick and precise, journeys to and from Heathrow which only took 10 mins were efficient, the car park has good security. Everything you wish for when going away on business or holiday.

All very good, just the chap meeting me was a couple of minutes late, but apart from that, it all went like clockwork. Very efficient.

Very easy to book, smooth reception process, timely pick up, no problems encountered.

Unfortunately our sat nav sent us 5 miles the wrong direction but when following quality parking's directions we finally found the car park. both transfers were quick and the service was friendly.

As always they take care of all their customers like they are VIPs and as always I will always go back to a organisation that gives good customer service and here you cant get better around LHR be assured.

Very happy to have made the choice of Quality Airport Parking - all went smoothly. Transfer from car to bus under cover and only involves moving luggage 25 yds or so. Bus was ready and waiting and we left as soon as we got on. Getting round to T4 takes a little while - maybe 15 mins. On return bus was waiting for us as we came out and left as soon as we were on board. Again car was waiting close by and ready to go.

Possibly the waiting area could have few more seats and also redesign it.

I have used Quality Airport Parking, and its predecessor Q-Park, on numerous occasions and the service is consistently of a high quality.

Long wait for the transfer, other passengers were complaining too whilst stood at the bus stop

We were really pleased with the service and we did not have to wait for the minibus to pick us up - we called and when our baggage arrived we walked straight out to the minibus waiting for us at the bus stop. A nice easy ending to our holiday.

I have not flown from Heathrow for a very long time and have only ever used a parking service based at Gatwick so i was a bit scepticle brfore i flew about finding the car park and getting to and from the airport terminals. I was very pleasantly surprised. firstly the car park itself was well marked and easy to find...exactly as the directions said. Secondly the service at the car park was excellent with only a very short wait for the bus both ways. In fact it was even easier than the service i regularly use at Gatwick. If i fly from heathrow again i am in no doubt i will be using the same car park service ... highly recommended !

It would have been useful to have a large clear ENTRY sign on aproach. Strangers to London in front of me missed entry and tried EXIT access beyond. They then sped off to find a way to turn around. I had to wait 30 mins from my call before bus arrived. I was expecting a promt service, 5-15 mins. I was in a rush to get to on further 3hr stage of my journey.

A near perfect parking service, faster transfers than many on airport companies I've used in the past. Add in easy access and clean courteous transfer vehicles and it is a winner. Would I use them again? Yes, in fact I already have. Thank you.

Car park very close to airport and not too far to have to trundle your suitcases to the coach. Relaxed in the knowledge that the car was under cover and secure. Prompt pick up after the flight home. Many thanks.

I use airport parking 3 or 4 times a year and must confess I always check out Q Parks' prices first as we have had nothing but good experiences with them. If they are within a reasonable amount (i.e. less than £10 price difference) I will choose Q Park first - it's worth it for the convenience: they are prompt with the pick up (particularly important after a long haul), are in an excellent close location and are always polite and friendly no matter what the time of day.
