Had a really good first experience with Reeds. Drivers were very professional and polite. There's no bus transfer timetable so you drop your car off and leave straight away, and on your return you give them a call when you land. Parking is a 15min drive away but was definitely the best value for money compared to other car parks.

I had never heard of Reeds before but chose it because it was so much cheaper than the others and had good reviews. We arrived late (bad traffic on M25) and stressed but they were waiting for us and within 2 minutes we were on the minibus and whisked us off to Terminal 4. On the way back we called on arrival and the bus was waiting for us when we came out. I would recommend Reeds and found it an excellent service and great value for money.

Transfer to terminal 2 was very punctual and they got us to there immediately as we were running late. Only one other person in the bus so there weren't slow drop-offs at each terminal.

The site seemed a bit obscure & away from the airport but in fact was easy to find, drop-off the car & get the ready-waiting transfer bus. On returning from our trip the bus was waiting at the nominated bus stop for a quick transfer back to Wraysbury & our waiting car! Cheaper than the 'normal' options so we'll defo use again!

Very friendly staff and did not have to wait for long once I had called to be collected from the airport.

All worked very smoothly. Only suggestion to improve things is to include the out of hours number on the confirmation email rather than just having it on a separate piece of paper, but very pleased with the service over all.

Would never bother with airport parking , or coaches again ,so easy and you feel your in control , used the Reeds at Heathrow what a nice crew and service , very east to find which I wasn't sure of , thank you phil

Very easy to find. The guys were really helpful and friendly. We didn't have to wait to be taken to the airport and only had a short wait on the way back. Very good service.

going to the airport the service was excellent. I had been stuck on the M25 and was panicking. Teh mature gentleman was waiting for me and reassured me I woudl get to teh airport on time and helped calm me down Coming back from the airport it took 35 minutes to be collected and the driver was non apoloogetic despite me having to make a second phone call. Whne we got back to Reeds my car was still behind the compound and had not been prepared for collection. He bought my case to the car and then walked off Despite this I still think it was good value for money

Upon arrival at the car park our bags were transferred to the bus & we were on our way to the airport within minutes. On our return, one quick phone call was all it took. The bus collected us in no time at all and on arrival back at the car park, our car was ready & waiting. Good efficient & friendly service situated within 10mins drive from terminal 5.

I was impressed with the service by Reeds. The driver was waiting for us at the car park when we arrived and the transfer was 15mins to T5. On arrival back at Heathrow we phoned the given number once through border control and the driver was waiting to take us to our car. Both drivers were friendly and helpful, overall an excellent service and great vale for money.

Basic Car park with excellent, punctual transfers and friendly drivers. Would use again.

The pick up bus was ready when we arrived at the car park and it only took about 15 min. On the way home we gave them a call after collecting our bags and by the time we went to the collection point the bus arrived. Our car was ready when we arrived at the car park. Really efficient and polite. Definitely use them again.

We have used Reed's regularly for a number of years as the service is always very friendly and efficient - no waiting around for the minibus to fill up and generally going direct to the required terminal.

We had our own personal transfer to and from the airport with barely any waiting around on the return journey.

Really good service, not even a mile registered on car and only moved when necessary. Personal service and minibus just for us waiting upon return. Faultless.

A bit nervous as it was the first time I've used them but reviews online were good. Arrived at their carpark at 6am (still dark and it seems to be in the middle of nowhere which threw me a little but Satnav managed okay) and courtesy bus was already waiting for us. Very quick and easy transfer to terminal 2. On way back had only to wait a few minutes to be picked up again by the bus. Each way the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again and have already recommended to others.

Reeds is ideally placed for my journey on the east bound M4 before any heavy traffic flow develops and easy for the return journey. The transfer was slick at both ends with no waiting and the price was very competitive. I will be happy to recommend and will definitely use Reeds again.

Couldn't fault it. The transfer to Heathrow was easy and the minibus was waiting for us when we arrived back at around 9.00pm. The driver was helpful and very friendly.

The service provided worked well in that the transfer was on time and trouble free. the driver was obviously fully aware of the time needed to get to the new terminal 2 building and where to park and was able to direct us to the lifts to access the terminal building itself. No worries about using this service again.
