Reeds Service Park reviews

The service was generally OK but I know nothing about the parking facilities or security since they are hidden from customer. On way back from T5 to the car park I waited for 46 minutes, made at least four phone calls to different people, and was told that the pick up was 5 minutes away each time which was clearly false (and known to be so). This wait was quite unacceptable (not to say infuriating) after an 11 hour flight. I very much hope that this experience was a one-off as the staff was friendly and courteous.

Arrived early, was able to park my car straight away, as soon as I parked the driver helped with my luggage and we headed straight to Terminal 5, on my return I called Reed's after clearing immigration and the minibus arrived a few minutes after I got to the designated pick up area,on arrival back at Reed's my car was waiting at the front of the reception area ready for a speedy departure, I would recommend Reed's to other travelers and would certainly use them again.

Prompt first class service. Cheaper that on-airport parking and very convenient.

We didn't have to wait too long for either transfer (and only had to wait on the way out as another group arrived at the last minute). Car was still there and ok when we arrived back! Friendly drivers.

Reeds has been our preferred car park at Heathrow for some years. We always find it very efficient with friendly drivers.

I really cant over state how lovely Reeds staff are! I arrived and Karl (one of the staff) spotted I had a slow puncture. They fixed it for me when I was away and saved me a nightmare on my sunday evening return! The lady who collected me was super helpful and prompt and I was home before I knew it. highly recommend !

We picked Reeds as they are situated just off M4 and on west side of Heathrow so easier to return on M4 to Devon. Easy to find. Admin processed OK. Good value for money. Vehicles held in a compound with barbed wire topped brick wall around it. No CCTV. Transfers worked well.

Car parked in secure compound. We were taken straight away to the airport. On our return we rang for collection and only had a short wait. Would definitely use Reeds again.

Good service, not sure of any facilities at the garage, certainly not made aware of. Transfer times especially on return journey when we waited 20' for coach to turn up quite excessive.

First time I used Reeds parking,it is far better than i thought. Drivers are very helpful n punctual. I will definitely recommend to my friends. I will give 10/10 rating and use from now on whenever I need to go aboard. Mr gurung
