Quick transfer and chatty driver who was very helpful. When i collected the car it was covered in bird muck which wasn't noticed straight away becasue of the dark. Once inside and driving away there was an additional 60 odd miles on the clock, radio changed channels, heating controls changed and headrests on two seats in the back moved up high to suggest it had carried passengers when we were away. Once home I called straight away and was told to call back on Monday when the office was open. Clearly they couldn't care to take my number to call me back so quite frankly I can't be bothered to use their service again nor recommend them, as nice as the driver may have been.

This is my 2nd time. As a result I could find the place easily. Customer services was efficient. I did not have to wait long for the transfer to complete. On the return we were picked up pretty quickly after 10 minutes of phoning. Good value. Will recommend to others and will use them again for my next trip from Stansted.

Good drop off but pick up was 45 mins from calling at 23:00 on a very cold night with kids.

Overall i was pleased with the service, but at the end of the holiday, the driver dumped us in an unfamiliar car park, we had to look for the car in the dark which wasn't good. also we felt for the other people in the van with us, since the driver couldn't find their keys and then had to drive back to main drop off spot to get them . He was also a bit grumpy. I was pleased that although we had to wait for the van to pick us up from the airport to get to the car after having been told that the van was there, we were phoned very promptly to explain that there would be a wait.

Parking was easily booked on line. On arrival staff were very helpful and efficient. Transfers to and from airport were quick. Would definitely use this company again!

We dropped our car off at 4:00 am for an early morning flight. They were there waiting for us and we were couriered to the airport in less than five minutes. I might want to point out that another couple came in, almost in tears, who had booked with a different car park, only to be sat in front of an empty barn. I presume Car Storage took their car for them and they had a good holiday. I'm not sure exactly where my car was stored, but the car came back in good nic and the location is very close to the airport and we would use them again.

We always find this sort of arrangement difficult. CSL made eveything very easy. Very prompt and very simple; would use them again!

It's rare I write a review for anything, but I have to say, this was a great family business that offered a truly premium service.

When we arrived at the parking location I was not initially convinced we had booked with a good company. There was not enough parking outside the office which wasn't helped by bad weather. However, the staff were friendly and efficient. The transfers ran on time and were quick. I have had issues in the past with trying to phone car parking companies to come and collect us but my phone call was answered the first time and the minibus came to pick us up within 10 minutes. I would use them again.

A good simple service, and great value compared with airport parking. Located very near to Stanstead Airport, less than a 5 minutes drive. Extremely punctual service, which limited any waiting around. I would highly recommend this service.

Was running late due to traffic, car storage were really helpful. Rushed through the check in process and got me straight to the terminal. Made the plane by minutes with the help of car storage

Polite helpful people on arrival was taken to airport as soon as we arrived. No problems when we arrived back home quick pickup service, friendly staff and the car was just as we had left it. Five minutes form airport. Would definitely reccommend and would use again

I was a first time user of CSL. I need not have worried. The guys in the office were friendly, we were transported quickly to Stansted and the brothers picking us up were a blast! Well done guys, great job, great value, see you again next year.

This service was the best part of the holiday. Arriving 5 mins from Stansted Airport being greeted with smiles and a great service and being whisked off to the terminal in seconds, felt like a VIP rather than waiting 20 mins for some bus in the long term car park and the same on return. Its amazing value and was quite frankly the best way to begin and end a holiday. Long Live CSL Park and Ride. Hamish.
