Initial impressions not great as appeared to be more of a farmyard than anything but service was good and all went well which is what matters most.

Arrived at the car storage place fairly easily (note, follow their instructions rather than sat nav, I used my phone for maps and it took me just past it via a different route. Went into the building, took less than 5 mins to sort paperwork and get into the transfer bus straight away, and were at the airport terminal within another 3/4 minutes. On the way back, called the number provided after had collected bags as instructed, and by the time we'd walked to the collection point (a few minutes), we were only waiting 2 minutes before it arrived to take us back. Friendly staff to boot.

We rarely fly from Stansted, so It's a bit of a gamble choosing parking. I can't fault our experience. The friendly service was excellent despite the unsocial hour, and we'll certainly be using them in the future.

Ideally located close to airport making transfers easy and hassle free

This service was relatively good value, and was close to terminal with a bus waiting to transfer straight away ( 04.30 am!) on returning a quick call meant a 5-10 min wait for bus back to car. I was told that the car would be moved to a different location for storage But my vehicle seemed to be in the same spot? All round no fuss/ minimal frills good service.

Quick transfer to the airport , quick pick up. Very close to the airport and cheap.

When we arrived the staff were ready to take us straight away. Very close to airport. On our return the pick up was very prompt. Stress free service by friendly, efficient staff. Thank you!

We've used the Elephant parking in the past which was ok. CSL was more convenient, cheaper and human. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I found this service convenient and the staff understanding. They took us to the airport quickly and picked us up promptly. thank you. Although I ticked the 'facilities' as 'worst' this was only because there was no N/A box. I do not know where my car was stored since we left the keys with them to store. So I cannot really comment on this particular aspect!

The customer does not see where his car is actually parked/ stored, as it is dropped at a drop off point, so cannot comment upon that; but overall I found it an efficient and economical service.

I found CSL to be excellent to deal with - the transfer drivers were friendly & helpful. All round this was a stress free experience and I have no issue recomending CSL to anyone.

We had an early flight and the staff were there punctual at 0400 hrs and had us at the terminal in 10 minutes.

5 minutes from the terminal, only had to wait ten minutes to be picked up, brilliant.

Great value, very good service with no hitches, super close to the airport and no problems with pickup on return - have had several experiences with other companies of confusing or inaccurate pickup instructions resulting in very lengthy wait for pick-up - no such problems here. Car was parked a bit randomly on a field quite tightly packed closely surrounded by other vehicles, my husband would not have been too comfortable with that should it have been his car but was only my little Corsa so I didn't mind. Would recommend this service as long as you don't have a flash car that you're precious about.

Slight blip in trying to locate them - but directions are actually clear. Car obviously stored outside near a tree as some bird mess on car - but otherwise very happy with the service - friendly, helpful, polite, punctual.

The only comments I would make is when we arrived to collect the car it wasn't there I didn't realise that my car was being stored elsewhere than where I had left it. Also when the driver did bring it back it he was driving it at very fast speed and pulled into the car park on 2 wheels practically. Otherwise we were very happy with the service.

Return flight was cancelled. Arriving the day after no additional fee to pay. Very good, recommended!

Wasn't sure how well system would work. Found the whole service excellent - convenient and value for money. Will definitely be using again.
