Would highly recommend. Very efficient booking in; courteous drivers, friendly, on time - that is all you ask for & that is what you get. Fab!

Car Storage Ltd have a very excellent customer service, unfortunately I was stuck in the traffic (accident on the M11) which meant I only have half an hour before my plane take off. The company was able to offered me the meet an greet service instead of driving to them without the extra charge, all I had to pay was the short term car parking fee. Their excellent customer service meant that I could just drop off my car and run to catch my plane.

Very good on arrival, I found CSL easily and it was close to the terminal, I was running late for flight and they whizzed me in swiftly. Coming back though I waited more than 20 mins for the minibus and then one drove straight passed me as was full - without stopping and saying anything. Rang them again and had to wait for bus to come back (another 10 mins), then the poor driver (who had only joined recently and was doing the phone answering) also had to unlock the office, find everyone's keys but unfortunately was not able to give me access to the loo. So seemed very short staffed and in need of better induction training.

Staff were rude and ignored me when I was sat in the office. I had no idea where to park my car or how to check in and they just walked straight past me. When I went to ask what I was to do they were blunt and also when later picking up the car they made me sign a disclosure that I was happy with how I received the car before I had even seen it. A bit dodgy if you ask me however car seemed undamaged. However it was cheap and the transfer was quick and on time.

would recommend as it felt very easy and staff was reassuring and friendly. easy to find the location as well if one follows online guidelines.

As a regular user of the Stansted airport short/mid/long stay car parks i found CSL to be just as good and they washed my car as well, which is always a bonus.

It must have been parked in the middle of some field. It was returned dirty inside as well, not happy

The best airport car parking I have used so far. Very close to Stansted airport, transfers less than 5 mins. Staff all helpful and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

Easy to find (but Satnav showed it to be further down road which is not CSL's fault) Quick car drop off and quick pick up on return. Car a fair bit dirtier than when dropped off so I wonder where they pak them? I'll use them again for sure.

Much better than the official car parks which are over priced and anonymous...

You get what you pay for. A cheap car park. no small talk or customer service but speedy transfers and a safe place for your car!

Directions to car park, which we understand were not issued by CSL, were sparse and inadequate. Very confusing after a very long journey from the south west. A key roundabout, which was signed, was not named in the directions. Its naming would have been very helpful.

Perfect service. Excellent value for money. Would recommend this company yo everyone. 10 out of 10.

Apart from a little difficulty finding CSL check in building the sevice and experience were faultless

We arrived and were booked in while the transfer minibus waited. Then we were taken to the airport very quickly - just "round the corner". On the way back after the phone call to CSL from the baggage reclaim, we went to the pickup point and the bus was already there. So very quick back to CSL to pick up the car. All very smooth.

Friendly staff and on realising I had left my phone in the car it was returned straight away. Prompt service and would definitely use them again.

In common with all airport car parking, it is too expensive. Something is wrong when the fee for two weeks of parking is twice the cost of a return airfare to the south of France !!

On arrival we did not have to wait for the transfer to the airport and on our return, the mini bus was there within 10 minutes.
