The staff were very friendly and approachable. The did check in and check out very quick and took us to and from the airport on time. Strongly recommended.

Only criticism was the £1 charge per person each way for the transfer to the airport

Dropping the car off was no problem. Ryanair didn't allow us to board so we had to call to be collected within an hour of arriving. After calling about 10 times, Car Storage did answer the phone and within 10 minutes they were there waiting to take us back to our car in a comfy minivan.

Staff were helpful and friendly and did not have to wait long at all for the short bus journey to the airport. Thank You

First time I have used this service and so much better than the long term parks that are so far away. Easy to find and quick transfer that took about 5 mins and drops you at the departures door. Will use again.

Chose CSL because they were the cheapest. We'd never used them before so struggled a bit to find them using the provided directions however they are situated in an excellent position just around the corner from the terminal at Stanstead. There were only 1 or 2 people to deal with the reception and transfer aspects so there was some waiting around for service. The men were quite abrupt when they talked to you and they demanded an extra pound for each leg of the transfer to cover rising costs!

Polite service, fast transfers, and quick pick up. Would recommend and use again

Only 5 mins from Airport, friendly helpful staff and value for money and easy to book online.

This is the 2nd time I have used CSL and they have not let me down. Quick and efficient, very near the airport and they get you there is about 3 minutes. When I came back from my trip I phoned them up for pick-up and they came and got me straight away even though I was the only one waiting - impressed.

Really fab, from getting, signing in and to the front of the airport took like 10 mins. once out of departures, same thing literally waiting 2 mins for them to pick us up. will definitely be using them again!

Web page movie very helpful in finding the place. Check in was quick and efficient. Drop off and pick up at the same place so easy to remember. Pick up on return however was longer than the 5 minutes promised on the phone. Car was parked ready to leave so no laborious turning in tight spaces.

Found the drop off point easily, were transferred quickly, picked up 5 minutes after arrival back, car was as we left it. Good price.

No problems, arrived, waited roughly 5 minutes before we were transferred to the terminal, which only took 5 minutes to get there. When we arrived back we only had to phone a number to let them know we arrived back and we were picked up within 10 minutes and taken back to collect the car. No problems, great service!
