Due to personal circumstances we were almost late for our departing flight, CSL were brilliant and understanding. Everything was quickly processed on our arrival and was taken to the airport promptly. On our arrival back the coach was already at the pick up point when we got there. Brilliant service, I would definitely use again and have already recommended to a friend. thanks

Car Storage Ltd offered an excellent value, park and ride service between their site and Stansted Airport. The transfer was quick and pick up from the airport on return was quick and easy. Would recommend to anyone searching for a value for money alternative to onsite airport parking.

Used this car parking facility recently when we flew from stansted airport,we left it there for three days , simple to find polite staff and quick transfer in minibus which took 5 mins to reach airport rang no given when we arrived bsck and were picked up quickly back to our car fir a quick return home would recommend.

Much closer to the airport than the Long stay and mid stay carparks. Literally 3 or 4 minutes to the front door. Staff were pleasant too. Proper value for money

That was the quickest and easiest park and ride parking I have ever used, best value for money and overall fantastic service. I can highly recommend CSL and will definitely always use this company. Thank you! !

Will defiantly use the service again. Even though our flight was late there was no wait at all.

My flight was delayed by an hour and I contacted them to inform them to be told I would have to pay for a taxi to their office and my key would be in a key safe , this fact was not advertised on the compare site I used. When I arrive to collect me car they were still there and a man had a go at me saying they had waited and was trying to ring me for the last 2 hours , surely they realise when you are on a flight you can not have your mobile phone on!!! My car was covered in muck and this was very annoying as it had been valeted the day before I went away. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never use them again.

All went exactly to plan, the drop off is just around the corner from the airport. Just one observation though, an elderly passenger struggled to climb into the transfer mini bus due to the height of the steps. Maybe worth giving CSL a call about this when booking, if this could be a problem

Quick check in and transfer to the airport even though we missed the first bus. Quick pick-up on our return, my only suggestion would be to get a 12 seater minibus.

I dont like driving at night/early morning and completely got stressed out and lost I havent used your company before and unknown to me I had driven past twice and actualy turned round once in the grounds because it was so country fied and dark I just didnt realize that was where the car would be parked The person I spoke to several times was so calm and helpful to me even though he must have thought what a fruit loop I was I will definately be using your company again now I know where it is :-)

When i picked up my car in evening darkness,sooner realised my car was full of dirt.Honestly I do like do know were car was parked from the moment i left. Will consider next time where and who to leave the car with.

Excellent service. As a first time user of any airport car parking services I would like to point out how easy everything was for me. I would definitely recomend this place to everyone.

It is a bit of a shock to come off the M11, into the airport and then divert off onto a leafy B road. However,after half a mile or so you do come across CSL which is easy to spot from the road. Only criticism is that it would help if there was a specific CSL pickup spot marked out at the Express pick up. It was explained when we were dropped off but with everything else to think about it was hard to remember just where to stand on return. On a busy evening we found ourselves and our cases about 3 rows from where we needed to be and as a result the bus was nearly full by the time we got to it - even though we would have been first in the queue if we had been in the right spot.

The place is a bit difficult to spot and find, but god transferred and picked up in good time and will use again.

As I had never used Car Storage before I was surprised how easy it was to get to the location. I had been a bit bothered about the fact that it is actually out of the airport zone, but in fact it is less than a mile away from the short stay car park turn off. All the road signs were as stated in the instruction. It was all professionally managed. The minibus was on hand and there was no waiting around and dragging your cases into the bus. Similarly on the return they were there within a few of minutes once you called them I have not been to Stanstead for several years and in those days you were dropped off just outside the terminal. On this occasion we were dropped off at the car park which meant a few minutes walk to get into the terminal. That bothered me a bit as I don't walk so well.

A very quick transfer&helpful staff!No problem at all, only a bit criticism- not easy to find at dark time.
