We arrived at CSL just as the shuttle was leaving and it took 20 min for it to return rather than the breezy '5 minutes' we were told. Still it was a good basic service provided you give yourself a clear half hour between when you arrive and when you want to be at the airport. Pick up was fine. Recommended.

Very easy transaction, reasonable price,good service, overall first class.

Was feeling slightly apprehensive that the bus transfer wouldn't be punctual or we would be kept waiting, but everything went without without a hitch! We drove up, filled in a form, gave our keys, got on the minibus and waited all of 4 minutes to depart. We were at the airport maybe 10-15 minutes after getting out our car. Best price around as well!

Never book Car Storage Ltd Park and Ride again, I had booked and paid for the car park from Saturday evening until Tuesday, as I missed my flight I rebooked it for the next day. I arrived to the car park on 4am on Sunday and they told me they gave my space to someone else and refused my place booked and paid until Tuesday!!! I haven't received any refund and had to park somewhere else.

Booking the car in was very quick and the paperwork was ready so no time was wasted. Only had to wait for about 4 minutes and the minibus took us to the terminal. On the way back, had to wait for about 10 minutes for other passengers to get on board the minibus but the transfer was so quick that managed to get away on time.

It was better then expected. All nice and on time. Close to the airport and profesional staff. thanks

Only hiccup is that for a first-timer, the actual entrance to the site where the car is dropped off could be more clearly indicated. I gave a 4 to the Facilities question because whilst the coach used for transfers was very good, CSL staff drive the car to their parking site elsewhere for the duration of the trip so I can not comment on the other aspects. However the car was fine, ready and waiting when I returned so will definitely consider using again. Good value.

All round great service, even at the ungodly hours we departed and arrived back! Don't follow your sat nsv though, follow the directions on your email and look for the CSL sign! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Dropped the car very early in the morning, mini bus was moments away, and the transfer took just a couple of minutes. On the way back, we rang them to be told the mini bus was on its way, and when we got to the meeting point it was there. Super service all round

CSL is well located so transfers to the airport are quick and hassle free. The staff were polite and booking the car in was no trouble at all.

Everything worked fine. Slight wait at both ends especially as the guy was working on his own on the way back as someone was off, but still acceptable.

I left my car with CSL for 4 nights. It was easy to find following the directions sent with confirmation and the service was friendly and easy going. My car is quite old so I wasn't too worried about cleanliness or security however the car seemed the same on return as when I left it. The transfers to and from the airport were quick and hassle free. I changed the time of drop of 2 days prior to booking with no trouble at all. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

This was very good value for money, being very close to the airport and having a prompt drop off service meant I got there as quickly ( and left home no earlier!)than if I'd used on site parking but it was cheaper.

We received excellent service from the start of the booking to the return to our vehicle. The staff were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Very quick transfer to and from the terminal. Will definitely be using again!!
