Good and quick service. Didn't have to wait long to be collected and very easy to find them when being picked up. Would use again!

Very good service even though I understood it to be the first week it was operating in this format. 1 major gripe however is the £1 per person per trip that meant the customer had to have cash on them. Very much simpler to include this cost into the booking itself, and negates the need for cash, which was a hassle as the company did not have a debit card machine either. Other than that the guys running were great.

This was the absolute horrible company I have ever used. There was nobody in the office when we got there. It was dark. When somebody did turn up they had no record of my or anybody else's booking so we all had to write all the details again by hand from our phones as the reference number was required! Shoddy rude, even people on the phone who we called for advice. To top it all we again had to wait ages to be collected on our return. I would not in a million years recommend this firm to anybody. I have used many in my years of going to airports (mainly Heathrow and Gatwick, meet and greet) and have never experienced such unprofessional people in my life. The van used to transport us was also horrendous I. e.sude panels

I use off site parking at airports quite often, Car Storage formStansted is up there with the best of them, friendly, helpful staff, conveniently located near the airport and a swift transfer between their facility and the airport. Will most definitely be using them again.

Had a bit of trouble finding the location hut got there eventually. Received the car back in the same state I left it so no problem at all. Very friendly service.

Everything was OK except that my flight was delayed by more than 0.5h and there was a little bit stress because CSL wanted to close the office. It is closed from 0 till 4 am so if your fly back close to midnight you might consider some other option just in case the flight is delayed. I can recommend it!

I needed a place to park my car near to the hotel and get transport to the airport. Exactly what I got! Postcode worked however need to have a look out when its dark, as signage a little scarce. Small London Business doing there thing. Awesome.

Car park drop off is quite close to the airport so quicker than going to the mid stay and a better price.

The car drop off point was close to the airport and they were waiting for us as we phoned when 20 mins away. We were back at the airport within 5 minutes. On return, the mini bus was there to pick us up 10 mins after we phoned, and our car was ready to drive away back at the drop off point. I would use the service again.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We weren't sure where to park but before we could decide a really helpful guy came out of reception to show us where to park. They were waiting for us at 5 in the morning - cheery and efficient. We were in the terminal building less than 10 minutes later. The return was equally efficient. We just followed their instructions about phoning etc and it worked like a dream.

Real value for money! The staff were pleasant and the service was prompt. Would definitely use them again.

Polite staff. Clean transfer vehicle. Prompt pick up. Just what is required by the customer. Will definitely recommend the company and will use tomorrow again. I don't normally give feedback but this service was worth it.

Turned up, dropped the car off. the guy was out dropping people off- but had left a note. Waited in the waiting room- simple, but ok. Quick check in and was at the airport promptly. Upon my return, called the number, and the transfer was there in 10 10 mins as promised. Picked up the key and left. Great service

Quick transfer to and from airport. 5 minutes drive and 10minutes awaiting time on the drop off/pick up zone. Cant complain about that and will use them again. Recommend!

First time using CSL and it won't be the last. Quick, efficient and hassle free. Journey to airport less than 5 minutes. Collection on arrival back in UK couldn't have been quicker. Very impressed!

Only difficulty was finding location when arriving (even with SatNav). Road markings in the area are very poor for non-regular users outside the area. Much closer to the airport then was conveyed. Otherwise to be recommended.

My one small gripe would be that I was charged a transfer fee to the airport per person, when it's quite clear that CSL are only charged per vehicle. I will take this into consideration when next booking.

Everything went very smoothly. However there was a hidden fee of £1 per person for transfer each way, which they did not mention enywhere in the confirmation.
