Arrived, had to change vehicle booked which was very simple and easy. Immediate transfer to the airport which took less than 5 minutes. Friendly staff.

Finding the drop off address not all that easy. On our return we rang when we'd cleared Customs as instructed. We waited about 15 minutes for the minibus and found that there were 3 people too many needing seats. These people sat on their fellow travellers' laps. Clearly only one minibus ferrying punters back and forth. Could have done with a bigger bus, or 2 buses. Not impressed - won't use them again.

Very good overall experience, had no issues, everything went nice and smoothly even though my flights were very late at night. Staff is polite and efficient.

By far the best of the Stansted parking options I have tried for my regular weekend flights.

So close to the airport and for both the pick up and the drop off I waited no more than 10 mins each way. Great service would definitely use again!

Reception was helpful and friendly and the transfers to and from the airport were very efficient. No check was made of my car before I left for the airport and I was expected to sign a release form before seeing my car on my return. On collecting the car I realized that I had left a leisure battery in the back (after removing it from my caravan) the battery was on its side and avoid had spilt out damaging the upholstery. The manager was very pleasant and resolved a query I had about petrol consumption to my satisfaction (by which I mean he was right and I was wrong). Clearly, I should have removed the battery so I didn't expect sympathy there. But my concern is that in the week the battery had been in the car prior to parking, it remained upright (it takes quite a bit to topple it!). A return trip to the parking compound saw it overturned. God alone knows how my car had been driven! If it hadn't been for my stupidity in leaving the battery in the car there wouldn't have been a problem (at least as far as I would have been aware) but I won't be using this firm again purely because of the doubts I have about now carefully my car was driven.

Good value for money & the staff are helpful & friendly. Not sure where car was kept as it was filthy when I got it back.

Not so easy to find in the dark but other than that well run, efficient and very polite. Will use again and would recommend to others.

Great customer service, friendly staff and very easy to use. Car park was very close to the terminal and no hassle in pick up or drop off. Exactly what you need when travelling! Thanks

Very close, transfer immediate & short, car fine, same experience When picked up. All in all highly recommend.

I really cannot find anything wrong with this company. They did EXACTLY as they had promised. I thought the 'acid' test would be on the return trip to collect my car but as soon as I phoned them after collecting my luggage they told me they would there to collect me at the agreed meeting point - and they were. Friendly polite staff.

Seemed to work OK. Staff were particularly friendly. Only criticism.....they always say they'll be there in 5-10 minutes when it can be more like 20-25 but that didn't overly bother me.

I could not find any printed directions to the drop-off for the car and there were no signs for it at the airport. so verbal instructions over the phone was my one option - not easy when a lone travellor.

All very quick and easy. Parking very close to the airport and good price. Would definitely use again.

This car parking facility worked extremely efficiently for us and was very good value when compared with all the other options. Transfers were very prompt and it was far quicker than parking in the long stay car park. This will be my first option when parking at Stansted again.

It was slightly difficult to get through the phone line otherwise the service was eccellent! Toomas
