Good value car park, very close to airport, easy transfer. No complaints!

I have never trusted my car to this type of company before and to be honest probably still wouldn't. However we were using my other half's car this time so I bravely went for it.. The result, very impressed with both service and punctuality.. Very pleasant staff and extremely quick and efficient. I have hesitation in recommending them.

more convenient and much quicker than Long Stay Car Park, will certainly use again.

This was excellent service, very speedy dropping off of our car and transfer to airport. We rang the number upon our return and were picked up within a few minutes. Friendly staff and would recommend this to anyone. It was also the cheapest deal we could find for our holiday for a week's parking - brilliant value for money.

Your descripion how to find you should explicitely mention the directions where to go which are sign posted. For example: "at the roundabout take the fourth exit" you could add: follow direction "yxz". If I come from a different direction than you think I would come, possibly because I got lost, the "fourth exit" isn't any longer the fourth exit.

My car paperwork was given to another customer. Fortunately I was able to retrieve the paperwork from the other driver who was still waiting for the transfer bus. There was also a mix up of keys and labelling which was resolved. However I left my car with some uncertainty concerning its security and if I would collect the right car on my return.

All aspects of my dealings, including follow up phone calls, were effeciently dealt with. Directions, drop of and pick up of vehicle along with the transfer were seamless and made for a cost effective and convient method of getting to and from Stanstead. Will definately be using the service again and recommend it without hesitation.

Only downside was the plethora of names and initials on various receipts etc, which made it hard to recognise the correct transport on our return, as it was parked on the other side to where we had been told to wait, and the driver was chatting with someone from the airport and not looking out for us.

By far the best and easy park & ride so far ,will most certainly use again, and recommend to friends & family, Thank you Gosimply.

We had a trouble-free parking experience. No hassle - the place was easy to find and the ride back to the terminal short and uneventful. Just ten minutes from dropping the car off to being in the terminal. I would certainly use you again.

Cost seemed quite high compared with other airports, but not with other sites in/around Stansted.

Only improvement that could have been possible if we could have waited at Stansted out of the wind. It was bitter and coming from a much warmer place we felt the cold. I do realise CSL could not do much about that but they could put pressure on Stansted to put up some wind proof barriers.

Courteous and quick service from start to finish. They 'close' at midnight and I was thinking that ringing them at 1 minute to we may have a problem, but no! They were happy to hold out for us as the last customers of the day and were extremely cheery when they picked us up. Easy service, would use again.

my car was dirty inside and outside. money which I saved, had to spend for car wash. End off. Never use them again.

Customer service was excellent, transfer to the airport was easy and quick. All in all a excellent service (I would recommend to friends).

Arrived at 6:30 AM and I entered the security gate at around 7:00 AM, everything went smoothly with dropping off and picking up. Definitely will use the service again. Well done.

Transfer vehicles were not very tidy, nor was the parking site. The main problem was that the directions to the sire were not clear and, on arrival at the car park, there are no large signs telling you have arrived. I drove past it twice without realising I was there! However, we were picked up within 3 minutes of arriving back from our vacation and staff were fine.

This was the first time that I have used the service. I was very impressed with all aspects of the transfers, and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff.

Just as quick as parking in the main airport car park. But Much cheaper. Car was ready as soon as I arrived in the office 10 minutes after leaving the terminal. Great!!!
