Very good parking, easy transition from entering car park to catching the bus to the terminal.

Transfers could be more frequent, usually after returning and having to wait for luggage you tend to then have to wait a while for a bus.

Car park was clearly signposted, buses were frequent and driver helpful. Can't comment on lighting as arrived and departed in daylight. Good value for money.

I never actually went on my trip, I fell and broke my wrist as I left home but my experience was pleasing re: parking. Easy to find, cheapest parking, excellent communication complete with directions and I was coming from the midlands. I will definitely use again; as soon as I can drive again and go on my trip.

The whole process of booking, parking, and transferring was easy and straightforward. The carparks are some distance from the airport, but the road is generally traffic free so this isn't a problem. Good value for money.

Clear indication to the parking area. Only a 5 min. wait for the bus that took us to the terminal. On our return only a 5 min wait for the bus which returned us to our car. Thank you for an excellent sercice

Affordable and efficent does what it said on the tin which is all you could ask.

I couldn't believe how easy everything was. It was easy to find. It was so easy that i thought something was wrong. Everything was automatic. Upon my return, due to long cues at the passport control, i arrived somewhat late at the car park which took me beyond midnight into the next day. I was pleased that 'gosimply' did not penalise me with an extra charge. An overall good experience.

Booking ahead makes this long stay parking very reasonably priced and efficient. Both bus transfers were prompt and smooth and the method of letting the driver know which stop is needed on return has been improved. Will not hesitate to use this

Everything went very smoothly. Coaches to/from terminal were punctual and easy to use. Ticket system worked perfectly.

Would use again but only if no other choice. We had to sit on the bus at the terminal for a good 15 minutes before being driven back to the car park. Spaces were very tight considering most people had luggage. Never saw anyone apart from drivers who were very polite.

Easy to find car park as we have used it before - transfers are quick and we have not had any problems before; this time was also easy and no problems.

Everything worked well, did not need to deal with the staff as pre booked so cannot comment on them nor the facilities, however have had to say something to get this through!

The on-line booking process was simple. The parking instructions are clear and easy to follow. The car park area is easy to access and clearly marked out. The bus stops were convenient and the buses regular. Transfer time to the airport terminal is only 5 or 10 minutes. The buses we used were clean and not overcrowded. Just what you need from airport parking.

I have been using this car park for a number of years and my experiences have always been pleasant. Efficient shuttle service and no hassle in any way whatsoever.

My only criticism was the exit - the signage on the approach to the barriers and the symbols over each exit was quite confusing. One driver was reversing so he'd obviously made the wrong choice and the lady assistant was running across from her office to help. I had pre-paid and couldn't fathom which exit to use - she told us we could use any barrier. It could've been clearer. Just a small criticism.
