The whole process was user friendly. Clear easy to follow instructions. wsell lit, clearly signposted car park. Punctual and helpful transfer arrangements. Great service would certainly use again and recommend.

Car park very easy to locate. Clear signs of where to park, only thing you need to remember is where you've parked your car!!

Clearly signposted, parked easily, bus waiting already, on return bus pulled up straight away. As long as you make a note of the zone you park in it's childs play.

Glad I parked in the Long Stay as there were frequent buses to and from the airport even very late at night/early morning when I needed them, and for a good price

I found the serivce to be very straight forward and good value for money. We lost our parking ticket during our trip away and the staff were very friendly and helpful so there was no delay on picking up the car upon arrivel back in the UK.

Parked the car confident that it would be completely safe and secure and that I wouldn't have to worry about it being driven off site by a parking attendant.

How much can be said? It was airport car parking! It provided what was expected at an acceptable price and I was happy enough to leave my old family hatchback parked there for a week.

Vert efficient. Good directions on how to get to the car park & very fast transfer from car park to airport & the same on our return.

I booked online and entry and exit from the car park couldn't have been easier: all I had to do was wait for a camera at the barrier to recognise my number plate and then a ticket was issued and the barrier came up. You are reliant on a bus to transfer to the terminal and, together with waiting time, this took 35 mins when I used it. It was expected but did make check in rather tight. I did not see any staff apart from the bus driver but during the day the place felt reasonably secure due to the presence of other travellers and help/information buttons in the bus shelters.

I've been using the Stansted Long Stay car park for several years and I always come back. It's the cheapest option and everything works fine. Never had any problem or bad surprise. So would definitely recommend it!

The car park was easy to find with good signage, the buses were driven by helpfull drivers - so we would use the service again.

We were satisfied wth our experience of long-stay parking at Stansted....suggest users should be reminded to make a note of the colour and letter (e.g. Zone F Blue) when leaving the car to avoid any confusion when using transfer bus service on return....memories can fade while on holiday.

Huge car park area, take care to remember where you left your car. Buses rum every 15 mins so you can have a wait. It all works OK and compared to other parking methods gives better value for money

I recommend this long stay parking because of it easy to find,has very good transfer to the airport and very helpfull staff.

Automated entry makes arrival convenient and quick. Bus service as described but not that regular.

You might as well save money and the cost of fuel (driving your car closer to the terminal, rather than the bus take you).

The pick up was extremely prompt, bus was clean, driver was polite. Samer for pick up.

the car park is easy to find and the coaches run on regular intervals so there is no worry before and after your flight i put a 3 for the first question because i did not encounter any staff apart from the coach driver who did not really say much as the coach had an automotive voice system working but that was fine

I understood when you return that you had to get on the bus of the same colour as the section of the carpark you were in but it turned out the bus toured the whole park before dropping me off
