We were satisfied with the experience except that we did find the signage a little confusing when exiting.

If you are familiar with payments online, then booking in is simple. ANPR means you don't have to fiddle about finding your card to get in. I kept a copy of my booking reservation in the car in case I couldn't find my ticket on exit. Also put my reservation code on my phone.

We have used this company for the past 4 years at least 3 times a year and have always been very happy

We parked the car & then had to crossthe road to a bus which was already in.The trip to the airport took about 12 mins.The ticket we were given to fill in with Zone, Row, Bus Stop was a good idea.On return the bus was in,the number of the bus stop called out & we were back in our car.

The cheapest found on the internet and saved so much by booking in advance. Transfers to and from airport very frequent.

easy internet booking,and access to parking areas.good transport to terminal,and return,easy exit,a good all round service.

Some of the lights were out in the car park but otherwise there were no problems

While the car park is a bit of a way away, and you have to wait for a coach to take you back to the car park, I knew all this in advance and found the service in general very stress-free and user friendly. Would use again.

Our friend had booked a parking service with company who collect your car from you at arrivals and are their with your car on return. This service was double the price of long stay car parking so we decided to give it a go.We were very pleasantly surprised we only waited 5 mins for our transport to the airport and on the way home the bus was there waiting. So we consider this was a very positive experience one we would definately reccomend.

Parking experience exactly as expected. Transfers were efficient, clean buses, on time, plenty of luggage space. No problem finding car on return, just take a note of location before leaving car park initially

Didn't see any parking staff in car parks but the bus drivers were not particularly helpful.

The transfer coach driver took nearly 35 minutes of just hanging around at 1am whilst no other flights were due before setting off, and then took nearly 20 minutes driving the LONG way around to the car park.

Having parked here several times, we know the routine and make sure that we give ourselves plenty of time.

we arrived at the car park waited about 15 seconds for the no plate recognition to lift the barrier ,then parked our car ,then jumped on the bus to the airport it was fine .on our return there was a bus ar the stop we got on 10 min later we are at the car park ,load up the car & drive to the exit put our card in & we are on our way home ,very professional thank you very much i will certainly use this service again. reguards T Smith.

Good value for money. Bus service very reliable and driver very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We had to change cars at the last minute and phoned the details through, receiving an assurance that all would be well. Our replacement car was not recognised on arrival and, although we had pre-booked and paid, we were invited to pay again on exit. Although this was sorted out fairly quickly we could have done without the additional stress at the end of a long day. Other than that it was just quite expensive and otherwise unremarkable car parking

Very easy to find following the printed instructions on the gosimply booking confirmation. Transfer bus easy to use and frequent. A very pleasant experience. Thank You.

Came out from terminal bus shown stopping at parks ABCEF and Q etc. travelers got off at ther required parks leaving me only on the bus. Driver anounced this is the last stop. When I said I wanted q disabled park he walk up the centre of the bus ranting and raving in a very aggresive attitude saying I should have told him when I boarded. When I told him it said stopping at Q on the front of the bus, If looks could kill, I am dead. I wont be on your books again.

did not recognise my no. plate on the way in, but this could my fault due to mixing up no's and letters. On way back, had to call thru, but once my ref. no. was recognised , we got thru. I had typed in ADO7, instead ofAD07, which looks the same to me, but the computer did not agree. Perhaps more guidance on this might help technically challenged old pensioners like me, ! CHEERS
