Great price, can check your reservation online and instructions were clear on how to leave car and collect it. Got a reminder text and email before I travelled. I had no problems

It was very easy to book. Registration recognition on entry meant no waiting. Transfer is easy and and takes minutes. Transfer drivers were very helpful when we arrived in the early hours.

The long stay car park is user friendly which is helped by a wide variety of soft landscaping. The caoch to the termianl was punctual although the return journey necessitated a full 15 minute wait when we just wanted to get back to the car.

I would recommend this car park to anyone, it's so easy to use with a regular bus to and from the airport

Probably the best experience I have had with a long stay car park. For a 5 day trip the cost was comparable to taking public transport to the airport but it was far quicker and more convenient.

Clean, tidy and the car was intact on our return. What more could you ask for with value for money, thanks

The customer service staff were very understanding when I telephoned to explain that I would be arriving later than expected due to a family illness and even made sure that the my booking was still open after my expected arrival time on a non-changeable internet deal. Not the kind of customer service you expect in this country. It was far superior! Thank you.

The coaches/buses lay out seems to have trouble coping with the amount of luggage at any one time. Prehaps this should be looked at when designing new coaches/buses

We found the parking well signposted from the M11. Once I had found a parking space (which did take a few minutes!) we saw a bus waiting at the stop, so we were at the airport way before we expected to be. On the way back, another bus was waiting, so all in all I found the service really efficient and would definately use this again.

Booking on line was easy, directions to carpark clear, number recognition saved fumbling with credit cards, signposting to parking area good, buses waiting, buses clean, good start to the holiday. On return bus was waiting, carpark was well lit, drove through pre paid gate with ticket no wait or hassle. Easy and safe way to park whilst on holiday. Thank you.

Online booking was straightforward as were directions and parking. Transfers were as stated with minimum walking to bus stop and directly outside terminal building on return. Support staff very helpful in ensuring a speedy exit. Costs are high but no more than others offering car parking.

I used your service early morning and late evening. The trasfer system was qauick and I did not wait. On the way back, we were informed about the help line telephones in case we had difficulties in finding our cars. The driver was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the good service.

Easy to use, felt secure, efficient bus service. Directions are written for travellers coming from the south - if you come from the north leave motorway at junction 8 - not 8A!

prompt and effieient service card supplied enables you to remember were you put your car regular coach transfers and booking early reduces the cost.
