Once we arrived and parked up, we waited 5 minutes approx before being picked up. The bus driver made it's usual stops ensuring anyone near by was collected. On our tired return we were travelling with the children the driver advised when we arrived at our stop, which really helps.

Automatic Number Plate Recognition makes getting into the car park very simple. It's conventient and really not that far from the airport. Transfer buses are regular and punctual. Overall, would recommend it to anyone coming to Stansted for parking!

I cannot think of anything that wasn't perfect! Would defenetely ccome back!

The shuttle service was great, despite our late hour of return flights the shuttle buses were still plentiful and the drivers were helpful and courteous. Would definately use this service again. Also, pre-booking online saved us over 50% on the price of just turning up and paying on departure.

The parking allocation area was clearly signposted and marked. The transport to and from the terminal was prompt, so I was never left waiting for too long.

Plenty of room on the bus transfer both ways. Only very short wait for bus to depart. Bus stops conveniently close to car and airport entrances. Allow twenty minutes to be safe each way for the transfer.

The system works well giving confidence that your car will be there in one piece when you get back.

I was satisfied with my choice of parking. The lighting however was not bright enough nor the size of the row signs in the parking areas big enough to see easily in the dark.

Available spaces were well signposted, with a shuttle bus stop nearby. When I lost my ticket, the barrier attendant was helpful and courteous as she checked my details.

I gave the correct car registration to the girl at the end of the phone, which I know to be correct as she told me the car make, colour etc of the car that I was booking in, but the confirmation email that she sent me was incorrect. An O was replaced with a 0. So the barrier didn't rise as expected. However, on my return your staff were quick to help resolve the problem - but at a busier time it would have been more of a problem

Apart from an issue with trying to charge us £100 to exit the Car Pk.despite having pre paid, everything was good. It transpired we had not be entered on the system??

Efficient and Safe transfer service, bus not overcrowded as is usual with other transfer service providers. Did not have to wait too long for transfer to and from airport.

If I was going from Stansted again I would use these as it all looked secure, transfer was fast and everything went smooth.

Easy to find, easy to park, regular bus service. Speedy exit on return. Very big car park. Security seems good. On arrival an automatic vehicle recognition system issues the ticket which gets you in to the car park and is used to exit. Very easy, very efficient. Have used this car park twice now and will use it again.

Although the long stay entails a lengthy bus journey (comparatively) the busses were punctual and the drivers very friendly and courteous

Like the fact you park your own vehicle and keep your keys unlike other secure car parking services at airports.
