normally very good transfers but this last trip waited 20mins at least for transfer bus to car, in the cold and then there were so many people it was very overcrowded for the trip.bus seemed to speed and it was difficult to hang on with so many people standing.disappointing service.

We have used this company many times and have always been very please with their service

all service was perfeect till we back to colect our car,and ticket didnt work,and we were expected to pay 46 £,but in few minutes everything was sorted out. costumer servise was nice and polite.

Found the carparks extremely well signposed both to get to and once in there with clear signs saying where you'd left your car. The bus to take us to the terminal was waiting and again on arrival there was a bus waiting to take us back.

Your system saved time as all I had to do was get the ticket from the machine and get straight onto a waiting coach. There was no having to go to an office. It was no more trouble than going to an ordinary carpark. On leaving I only had to drive up to the barrier and place my card into the machine and I was out.

We have used this car park twice before.. familiarity helps when arriving for your journey abroad and its attendant stresses. Buses are regular both ways..Sunday morning arrival and Friday evening departures from car park were very quiet and hassle free.

Excellent! Straight in to car park, directions clear. Bus was already waiting so no delay. On return bus was waiting at airport. No delay again. Straight out of car park and on way home in no time. Will definitely use this car park next time we fly from Stansted.

When we arrived back at the car park our car would not start. After 2 hours we finally got away and we were not charged any extra for the overstay.

Still just a tad more expensive for only three nights than I would have expected to pay and have paid for similar stays in the past.

Driver's were helpful and efficient. Easy to find and no trouble parking. Return journey, didn't have to wait at airport as bus was already waiting outside terminal building.

The airport parking was fine, bus there when we arrived off the plane, no long waits. Although parking under a cherry blossom wasn't very clever, but it was also very annoying (for my partner). If I had been on my own I do not think I would feel that safe using the parking as the lighting was ok, but location remote when arriving late at night.

Direction were easy and straight forward. The barriers had number plate recognition saving us time. The bendy buses are very regular. Will definitely use this parking service again.

Was easy to find. Had booked online and found it very good value. Easy transfers to and from the airport. In all would definitely use this parking again and would highly recommend it.

From parking the car, to transfer service & collection, all went very smoothly, make a stress free experience.

Very efficient service and well organised. I didn't have to wait at all for transfer to and from the airport. The booking service was clear and easy to use. It is great value and you have the added security of knowing your car is safe and parked exactly where you left it!

Beware of parking by trees or under lamps. This is the second time that my car has been in a mess here because of bird droppings!

It would help if there were staff on duty at the gates as we were unsure what to do when we got there, and had to speak to a person via an exit machine to get the barrier lifted as we had prepaid, but were asked to pay again.

Couldn't be easier to use. No waiting around as busses are punctual, staff are friendly and helpful. Great value for money. We use always use this service.
