My only fault was the lack of directions to the Airparks Car Park. Not having been given an address or post code, we found it extremely difficult to find. Luckily a very friendly and helpful policeman gave us very good directions. The shuttle service was very good.

Only negative was the difficulty of locating the Airparks car park without satnav (I ended up in Coventry!)

The overall experience was fine. The room was clean and comfortable, although not massive. The bathroom was quirky but clean and all worked well. The bed was comfortable and it had nice bedding. A little more space to pull up at the front of the hotel to unload would have helped. Also I was meant to have information about car parking but this was not sent to me so I had to ask the receptionist at the hotel, who was tied up with another customer, while my partner waited in the car outside unable to park. Otherwise a good experience.

The hotel and its drop-off area could be much better signposted. Our driver had difficulty in finding the hotel in the dark, and found himself going through the actual airport departure point. Otherwise the Ibis provided us with what we needed for a convenient and early get away in the morning for our flight.

This is my second stay with Ibis in a month. Designed to meet the travellers needs perfectly. Air Parks easy to get to. Meet and great service excellent. Hotel location right next to terminus, and bed super comfortable. What more can I say

A bit disapointed to find the car had to be driven to Mackadown Lane which is a 15 min bus ride from airport the price includes off site parking There is a free bus to and from carpark did not fancy getting all luggage on the bus back to carpark they will return your car for the charge of 25 when you return. If l had got a early morning flight would use again

Good to have the hotel on the airport to avoid any problems checking in early in the morning. Pick Up point for transfer bus back to parking could be specified or signed better. Otherwise no problems and good value
