The ceiling did not appear to be completed? Pipes and ducting visable. Consequently it felt a bit open and cold. the staff were very polite & helpful.

Sitting in sun, sipping wine and having nibbles whilst waiting for plane-lovely!! Did have to ask staff to replenish wine but they did so immediately and were very obliging. Could have had a bit more variety of hot food. If you are hungry anf thirsty value is not too bad. If you are a smoker I expect that this lounge experience is worth its weight in gold!!!

When it gets busy the waitresses are not able to clear the tables as quickly as is needed but otherwise a good experience.

Extremely disappointed and thought it was expensive considering what was on offer. We will not be using the lounge again, it just wasnt worth it.

Trendy, comfortable and up-to-date! Exactly what you would expect for a new lounge in a brand new airport!!! Much better than the old Larnaca lounge, which just like the old airport, was looking tired and in need of some care... A perfect end to a perfect break!!!!!

My wife and I found the staff to be most pleasant and helpful of our needs. The snacks were fresh and appeared to be monitired to ensure there were never any shortages. The quality of the beverages both alcoholic and non- alcoholic were of superb quality and in plantiful supply throughout our stay. We would certainly recommend the use of this first class facility.

This lounge certainly did not represent good value for money. It was not nearly as comfortable as others we have been to and the receptionists took a long time to decide whether we could actually go in.

We arrived about 7.00 p.m. It was busy. Reception staff were not overly friendly - loathe to smile. Seating arrangements have changed and the seats were not as comfortable as previously. The variety/selection of food was very small. Not value for money when compared to the North Terminal lounge at Gatwick which we use. It looked as if it could do with a good clean.

I had not realised that the new terminal had been oppened.The Lounge was much much better than the old terminal. With the new facilities, however, I do not thinks I will use it again as the new terminal is so good. The choice of snacks was limited and there was no fresh fruit

Being very tierd, we sat quietly keeping an eye on the television update screens for flight details. Our flight was delayed, we watched as other flights boarded and departed our flight which was detailed as 0110 'expected' on the screen and did not alter. The lounge has no tanoys so at 0100 I asked the receptionist what she new of our flight asking what 'expected' ment?. She made a call and informed us that it had almost completed boarding. The screen still showed 'expected' we then had to run to the departure gate. This I would say is not good enough service I thought the receptionist would have let us know when our flight was boarding. Its hardly executive when you end up running through an airport due to lack of information!!!!!

Smokers were a problem could do with separate area or No Smoking, although I am told that the new airport will accomodate this. Also as flight was delayed no information came through to the lounge so we had to go to the gate ourselves to find out what was happening. Nothing was posted on the screen and staff didnt seem to know what was going on.

we always use this Executive lounge, but do feel the Ladies toilet area should be checked out more regularly. Perhaps things might improve when the new Airport is open.

Nice escape from all the shops and fast food outlets downstairs particularly having children, but it was definitely a treat as it was expensive

Food selection very poor. Only crisps and a tiny amount of friut. After we were there 2 hours a tray of 6 sandwiches arrived. Receptionist did not want to let us in. 1st challenged that the booking was for only 1 person and not 4. 2nd we were contacted about our flight details after 30 minutes. All the correct details were on our booking form!! This form was not read only challenged at check in!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, Larnaca airport does not have air conditioning!!! Thankfully the executive lounge does!!! Tea, coffee and snacks available but it was just nice to be away from the crowds in the 'heat' downstairs...
