I felt that the lounge gave me my own 'personal space' with no rushing or queueing for anything. Flying can be very stressful especially when it is international so the comfort of the lounge was well worth paying for. My wife is a nervous flyer and being in there was a comfort to her. I will always book this service again on future journeys.

The atmosphere was relaxed and quiet and was the ideal peaceful environment to sit in and chill out before the long flight back.

choice of food restictive,sandwiches mainly salad and crisps would have liked a mix of sweet and savoury,eg cakes,biscuits,fruit,yougurts.as in other lounges i have used around the world.

If you request to use the lounge on line whilst on holiday and do not have print facilities, then you will have to send the confirmation email whilst at the lounge desk to them to gain entry, as they cannot look your confirmation up by the reference number or your name. It took a while but worked for us ok.

No contact with any staff, no apparent checking and replenishment of food and snacks. Not clear how to get a towel to use the shower - again no staff to ask. On the upside, plenty of space, comfortable seating and adequate flight calls

Lounge was clean and comfortable and the desk staff extremely helpful.

This lounge provided a comfortable space to relax in while waiting for my flight. Unfortunately, there was no wireless internet access for my laptop.

We were unable to use the airport lounge, Reception staff had no notification of our booking, no paper work to validate that we had paid for its use. Very frustrating, we had no come back, and had to join the crowded area around the restaurant. I consider paying for the lounge a waste of money, we encountered a problem, there was no one able to sort, and a very unhelpful person upstairs in charge, who would not allow us to use the area as she had no info on our booking.
