A spacious and comfortable lounge in which to relax. Internet access available and a wide range of drinks from soft to spirits and most choices in between. The only area it is sparse on is the food selection. The advert refers to different choices at differen times of the day but on the four occasions I have visited there has usually only been nibbles. However it doesn't really detract from the pleasant atmosphere generated from within.

I found the experience of the Sala lounge very rewarding.The ease of booking on line and entry at reception were as good as any I have used before. I belong to BMI diamond club and use their lounges frequently. The comfort within, spacious plenty of seating and the opportunity to relax with friends over a drink made our trip back the UK ever more pleasurable. My only concern was that there wasn't more in the way of "nibbles" or sandwiches but this couldbe due to the time we were there 1100 until 1230.

The lounge is a nice space away from the busy terminal building. There are big couches to relax on. The drink selection is good however compared to other lounges the snacks are not as good. there is a small selection of crisps and other snacks which were stale. Don't go in hungry. Its also pricier than other lounges. Would probably use again.

Staff were smart but disinterested - not much food available and they had to be asked to top it up at least three times whilst we were there (and there were less than 15 people there!). Told me they only had crosssants and then brought out a couple of danish pastries. Plenty to drink (and crisps) but we didn't want alcohol that early in the day. When I asked about newspapers they told me where to look and when I told them there were no English papers apart from the previous day's Daily Mail they shrugged it off. 15 minutes later they brought out half a dozen Daily Mails. They need to learn an awful lot about customer service. Nobody seemed bothered about clearing tables. Service and food at Gatwick was far superior and cost less. No comparison!

Unable to give objective view as this was our first use of an airport lounge. However it was reasonably clean and comfortable.We thought the staff could have been more welcoming.

nearly missed flight because waited for flight information to be updated and when this came up we found that there was long queue to get to departure gate - not a good experience - perhaps times should be more accurately reflecting airport chaos.

Nice new lounge all usual drinks etc. available but serious lack of snacks in fact only biscuits. At least the old one provided some distinctly average ham and cheese croissants.

My ony complaint there is not enough toilets for the size of the new VIP lounge.

The hostess was very pleasant but kept me waiting while she searched her files for my booking. Eventually she suggested that I go into the lounge while she looked. The furnishing is fairly basic and the food matched up well. There were broken crisps, some nuts and a little fruit if I recall. The range of drinks was reasonable. The toilets were clean. All in all better than sitting outside in the lounge but not a lot.
