I've been at concourse B and A during stop overs to / from Shanghai. very friendly personnel, very good food and very quiet and confortable location. a wonderfull choice for those that like me are used to travel in Economy class. the first time in Dubai you like the shops, when you are a frequent traveller in Dubai you prefer the rest and this loungue is perfect

A spacious lounge with a relaxed atmosphere. Not a large range of food on offer, but that is not the main requirement. A relaxing, quiet space is the main thing.

the lounge is a nice escape from the Duty Free environment. it gets crowded at times. i was there during the early morning hours - the policy of 'no sleeping' was not enforced, so the lucky ones has 2-3 seats for themselves and WERE asleep. food was fresh, but i would prefer to see more Middle East cuisine (they had hommous and dates though). The internet is not really fast which is a shame.

We used the lounge on this occasion because we had a 5 hour stop over and we we're feeling a little under the weather so needed somewhere we could relax in comfort. If we had been feeling ok then I most likely would not have paid what this cost. In summary the lounge is nice but not exceptional for the additional cost. If it cost a little less then its something I would defiantly consider again but not at the current costs unless we had a similar situation where we really needed a place to relax away from the crowds.

OK to get away from the hustle of the airport, good selection of drinks, could be more hot food.

Good food and service. Washrooms clean and serviced. The wifi Internet, however, was very slow and sporadic, even near the server at reception.

On arrival the staff were very helpful. The tolets are clean, but one of the doors were broken and would not lock. There were only 2 chairs for lying down and after an 8 hour flight of sitting all you want to do is lie down. Most of the the other passengers had thier feet up on the tables?? Not comfortable. The food was terrible, small, dried up sandiches with terrible filling. The choice was very limited. I would NOT recommend as I feel it was definately not value for money.

Firstly the staff were rude and dismissive when I arrived. They didn't make eye contact and made me feel that my request to have a shower was a huge effort for them. I paid a ridiculous amount for a shower and had hardly anytime before the staff were banging on the door asking me to leave. There was no extractor fan inside the shower room so it was virtually impossible to get dry. Once I was inside the lounge there were very few places to sit. I was told to keep checking the departure screen for my flight (which I did) and wondered why no information about the gate opening or boarding came up. Luckily I did leave in good time and was somewhat surprised to find that the gate was open and the flight was boarding. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience.

Got off a 5 hour flight from nairobi at 3am and had a 14 hour flight ahead of us to australia - loved the showers (extra $15), the food, the drinks, the wifi speed and magazines. The downsides were that there weren't enough sofa or lounge chairs and that it was very noisy - hard to doze off
