Good selection of food. Quiet. Relaxed atmosphere. Very good start to the holiday

Although we enjoyed our stay there we thought it could be improved with a bit more variety on snacks and drinks

Compared to rating the north terminal lounge, this scores a 1 out of 5. Dirty tables, nothing to eat apart from rolls and soup, very small, mostly yard chairs and reception was 3 women too busy talking sitting down at reception to care about the dirty tables and lack of food. The only thing they had plenty of was alcohol. Disgusting

The private lounge is always a pleasant way to start your holiday, as you can sit in comfort and enjoy a drink and something to eat in a nice environment.

Thoroughly enjoyed the self service, I think we made the most of the opportunity. Great option for a good start to the holiday.

Turns the stress of an airport into a chilled experience. Saves u money as food and drinks all inclusive. Wifi included

A good way to spend your time waiting for your flight. Staff are very helpful. Cleanliness is good, but let down slightly by staff having to cover all jobs from reception to clearing and cleaning. Great value for money, plenty of food and drink choices. A shower would be a nice added bonus. Overall, I was very satisfied and would highly recommend the use of this facility to anyone to use. Well done!

will use again good value getting you away from all the hustle and bustle

we arrived at what was evidently just before handover time and the outgoing check in person was not in a good mood and behaved as if she was doing us a favour lettting us in.When the replacement woman arrived she immediately got on the phone and had what appeared to be a private conversation for half an hour which only ended when a male employee arrived.They then chatted until a young woman arrived for training. The cleaner/stocking up girl appeared to be grazing whilst stocking the snacks although I cannot be sure (though she always seemed to be chewing). All in all the overall impression given,at least to us,was that we the customers were an inconvenience which might possibly be why there were so few customers in the 3 hours we were there. The atmosphere in the Lingfield Lounge was much better than that at present in Aspire lounge and we are unlikely to use this lounge in the future.

This was the first time we had used an airport lounge. It was a fantastic little hideaway. Away from the hustle and bustle of the airport. Great value for money. We will definitely be using it again!
