Very comfortable, good food choice just a few items were not stocked up. Generally Very clean and tidy, few problems with internet. Would recommend as a very relaxing start to your holiday :)

Peaceful went in the business side so very quiet. Makes for a stress free time.

We had to drive approx. 60 miles to the airport so stress levels were quite high, but once inside the lounge, no doubt helped by the complimentary drinks,the atmosphere and ambiance made the rest of the wait enjoyable

The provisions of beverages and alcohol were very good but the choice of food included in the price was very disappointing, compared to premier lounges at say Manchester airport. Not sure if I would use this one again

This was my first time in an airport lounge and I can't wait to re book. The facilities were excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice and plenty of choice too. It was the perfect start to our holiday and made the three hour wait go fast. I would recommend this to everyone.

Very good value for money we are defiantly going to book for when we go again in September.

Compared to the usual hustle and bustle of airport departure lounges (especially Leeds Bradford) the executive lounge was an oasis of calm. Tyne facilities were excellent and the staff very friendly.

this vip lounge was good value for money with a good selection of drinks,snacks & total relaxation .the staff were very friendly.

I thought the lounge was good value as far as the drinks go, but think there could have been a better selection of snacks with maybe the addition of sandwiches, we did have to move seats as the air conditioning was very cold in some areas, But overall good and would book in again if travelling at the right time of day

Lounge split into two area, business and general, tried both, preferred the general lounge, good breakfast and drinks choice, staff were helpful and friendly, Toilet is not within lounge but is not far away, all in all pleasant and worthwhile visit and certainly value for money
