Escape Lounge PM reviews

Would recommend this to everyone! Makes travelling that extra bit more special!

I will certainly be using the escape lounge again ,I was in a party of 5 ,and all of them were very happy with it, and all said they will use it again with their own families .

I decided to treat my partner to the Escape Lounge before our trip to Turkey. Firsty, let me say that we booked a budget flight with Easy Jet. With the budget airlines where you have checked in online already, the baggage drop gates only open 2 hours before you fly, so after you have been through passport control and everything, you only get about an hour in the actual lounge! In the loung the service is excellent. Tea, coffee, and branded sprits (such as Vodka, Barcadi, Gordans Gin, Malibu etc - I cant remember them all) were free with the little cans as mixers. Bottles of wines, champagnes and premium sprits were at a cost. Guiness, Boddington and Carlsberg cans were also free. Food wise - Pannini with salad, a selection of cold sandwiches, and a soup of the day. You can choose one option each which is inclusive. There is an extensive menu with lovely sounding dishes which were at a cost. Nachos and Salsa, Nuts, Biscuits, Flapjacks, Cakes and Fruits were also on display for free. All in all we had a very relaxing experience, away from the hustle and bustle of the airport. However, I felt like we paid a lot of money for the experience, and it felt like the staff were trying to up sell everything and make you pay more whilst you are there! All in all though, I would definately recommend this to all of my friends!

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lounge to anyone travelling from Manchester. Although the lounge was apparently fully booked there was plenty of room and seating. Found the lounge to be quiet and calm, service was excellent although the choice of snacks was a little limited. Having spent a couple of hours in the lounge the contrast with the airport's public areas was noticeable when we left to board our flight. The cost of this lounge was more than covered by the free coffees, soft drinks and wine/beer not to mention the bacon sandwich, fruit and cereals on offer. Will definitely use this lounge again. A final mention for the reception staff who were fantastic

From the welcome when you arrive to the buffet and waiter service throughout our stay, Manchesters Terminal 1 Escape Lounge is by far the best lounge we have ever used.

The Escape lounge made for a great relaxing start to our holidays and I would certainly book in again without hesitation.

Friendly welcome, bright and cheerful room, facilities were adequate, service at the bar and bringing out the food which was only sandwiches was extremely slow and the staff were slow to help behind the bar when it was busy with a line of people which was annoying. Good Value for money but i am yet to try out other lounges to compare.

What a great experience. From the minute we walked in the lady and gentleman on reception were so attetive, jolly and helpful I knew then that me and my friends were going to enjoy this very comfortable experience. I was so glad I was the one to book this in advance for my friends and myself. The food and beverages on offer were absolutely top notch. The lounge inself was very comfortable and had all the readin material you could of wanted and the largr screen TV was a bonus. We spoke about our experience whilst sat by the pool many times and have decided to us the Escape Lounge PM everytime we holiday. I thank you for a great experience. Regards Mrs Angela Hulmes
