Always love my visits to this lounge, the team are always helpful and happy to serve. Would prefer having made a reservation the team would assist in finding somewhere for me to sit. Being a lone travelling I had to walk around a few times until I could find somewhere to sit, feel if the staff could seat people this would allow space for all who want to enjoy the facilities rather than bags etc having seats....just a thought and easy to implement. Would enjoy some warm offerings of food on a early evening flight. Thanks as always and see you again soon, recommend to my friend coming out of LV Xmas.

This is the best airport lounge I have visited. The surroundings were very peaceful. One of the World Cup football matches was on the tv which I would not have been able to watch in the departure lounge. Lunch was just being served as we arrived and there was a very varied selection. The soup was superb. I would definitely book again if I visited Las Vegas again. An extra bonus was that it was opposite our departure gate so no rushing to get to the gate when our flight was called.

The Lounge is nothing special, OK place to wait for your Flight, but not in the same league as Lounges provided at busier International airports by International Carriers. Food was basic, soup, small sandwiches, snacks, it did have a fully stocked bar, staff where pleasant enough.

Good selection for what is a very reasonable price. On this visit was very busy but don't be put off it soon clears as people leave for their flights, just some flights leave at the same time I get that. Staff are polite and quick to serve, but I expect nothing less from American service staff...please leave a tip they do a great job. Free wi-fi perfect for me as I tend to be a lone traveler...don't tell too many friends these lounges can be a best kept secret to sit some where comfortable for a few hours.... I'll be back, thanks team for looking after me.

Friendly staff serving drinks, good quality of food and selection of cold items. Small suggestion about improvement lots of tables and chairs crammed into areas didn't set it apart as an airport exclusive lounge more like an additional restaurant.

A slight delay in getting into the lounge as other passengers who thought they were entitled to get in but couldn't held things up. After that first class food & drink with excellent customer service.

This is a comfortable clean lounge that offers the chance to get away from the hustle and bustle of the airport. The staff were very helpful and offered great service. However, I thought the food offer was very limited - there wasn't any hot food as you often get in other lounges - and the drinks were not available on a self service basis. I was only drinking diet coke and had to go to the bar for each refill that came in a rather small glass - about 250 ml perhaps. In other lounges I have used - and certainly at. Heathrow on this trip - there were fridges with soft drinks on a help yourself basis. This is much more convenient. Another reason for choosing a lounge is to recharge mobile devices ahead of a flight. At Las Vegas airport there are free charging points outside the lounge in the general waiting area So on the whole the the lounge is a good place to go but it wasn't up to the standard of others I have used and definitely of a lesser quality than the Heathrow lounge which cost the same amount of money.

Have been in many airport lounges and for the most modern and new lounge it was soul less. No windows ,clinical and although the staff were ok the drinks were disappointing. A Bacardi and coke was served in a pint glass with a normal measure of rum. The tv was on constantly and entirely focused on the missing Malaysian aircraft. Not ideal for a nervous flyer. I understand the need for news but it could have been in mute mode. We actually left the lounge early to find some atmosphere elsewhere. Would not bother again.
