We were met on time and the handover on departure was quick and easy. On our return, there was a short wait and we had to find the car, but it is simpler than using the usual airport carparks.

The service was execellent and what impressed me most was that the car car was waiting for me when we arrived back on our early moring flight. I would always use valet parking as it is easy and good value for money and worry free.

A very convenient way of travelling to the airport with children and luggage in your own car and time saving too! Friendly staff and excellent service indeed - worth every penny!

driver was waiting for us when we arrived at Airport and was there witin 15 minutes of clearing customs, will use again.

Good service - we were met at 3.30am, no waiting, good communications, simple procedure - and good value, recommended.

We paid just over £100 for our valet parking service at Stansted while travelling to the Far East. The price we paid was little more than the cost of parking the car myself. The staff were courteous and prompt and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

On the whole we felt that we have been looked after well, and it was good value for money.

Quick drop off rightoutside arrivals. Quick pick up in the short stay car park. Staff very friendly.

Just as we expected, prompt answer to telephone call and the rep waiting for us at the airport and the same on return. Excellent service.

We called Aardvark as we left the M11 and were advised that there may be short delay in collection of the vehicle due to several other customers arriving at the same time which was not an issue as we arrived in plenty of time. On the return trip we called once we had collected our baggage and the car was waiting for us as we exited the terminal. The staff were very polite and did not hand back the car without presentation of correct paperwork. I would not hesitate to use Aardvark again.

Although we had to wait 15 mins for our car when we landed at Stansted, it wouldn't prevent us using Aardvark again - such good value and pleasant staff.

Good service although the when I dropped off the car the person wasn't there to collect it. However one trip round the block and they were there.

Late collection of vehicle some mix up with who was to collect Young lady that did turn up very pleasant.On return car dlivered promtly by very helpful gentleman

The service was very efficent we were met at the airport and car was returned within 10 minutes of our phone call.Few miles were added but as with previous experiences at Luton, car was extremely dirty and also muddy down passenger side and on cleaning discovered a long surface scratch down that side obviously parked near a hedge/shrub. Whilst efficient, I have finally learnt my lesson - take a taxi.

Although we came home to a flat battery,this company still managed to start and deliver promptly. Will replace the battery before my next trip in September. Thank you

The only problem is due to Stansted not allowing drop off and pick up outside the terminal - this means you have to carry your cases from the car park up the ramps and into the terminal building - not good

Minimal waiting time at drop off and collection, very helpful getting you on your way as fast as possible on return
