The service from start to finish was simple to use, from booking, calling the staff 10 minutes before arrival at airport meant they were there waiting for us and were clearly visable. On return again simply method to announce our return meaning car waiting for us. Best possible way to go and return stress free each way very handy when you have young children and a disabled relative in the party. Will without question use again. Value for money an added bonus. Polite and friendly service.

Everything went as planned. Car picked up on time upon departure and dropped back punctually upon arrival. Would recommend to others and will definitely use again.

No timing, drop off or collection issues. However on return the car engine was running badly and we subsequently broke down. I am not suggesting that it was Aardvark parking's fault, however the driver must have noticed when he drove it back and he did not mention it to us.

We booked Ardvark, as they were the same price as other car parks that required a shuttle wait and ride. We found the service absolutely first class and professional in every way. All you do is call 10 minutes before you arrive at the departure lane in the airport, and they take the car away. When we came back, a quick call to them once you have your bags, and the car is waiting for you when you get out. We were so pleasantly surprised at how efficient the whole service was, and half the price of other Valet services. We will definately use them again.

Perfect service, i've use meteor a few times now, this time at stanstead and never had a problem, always helpful, on time.

Dropping off point was easy to find. Hand over simple and quick. Pick was good, we were worried that our flight had been delayed and we were arriving passed the deadline of midnight. Aardvark were there to meet us. All went very smmothly

This parking service was one of the cheapest I found by far. I had read reviews stating that the vehicles are returned muddy and with additional mileage. I was quite impressed to see a sheet of paper in the driver's foot well to prevent any mud/dirt on the carpet. The driver was punctual which was a relief after a long flight home. I would definitely use this service again rather than paying over the odds. Very pleased

Staying in a hotel close to the airport, we called as soon as we left. The driver was already waiting for us as we pulled up at the Terminal. Impressive. Timing on return was again great and the service was very professional and convenient. The only disappointment was that driver's side footwell and doorsill was caked in mud and it was obvious that the car was stored in a (wet) muddy field? To their credit, they did put a disposable papermat on top of my rubber mats. I would definitely use this service again. If you have an expensive or brand new car, you may want to keep in mind it is parked in a muddy place.

they picked up our car and returned our car very promptly after my phone call.especially when we returned about 1 am in the morning, they got to the airport within 10 mins after my call. happy with the service, would use them again.

Just call them in advance otherwise you will end waiting for them at the terminal and if it is a rainy day or you are a bit late for your flight it might make you feel a bit nervous especially if it is a busy time of the year

We rang the given phone number, as requested, the phone was answered immediately.We were given directions where to park, we had stopped no more than 30secs, and our driver had arrived, very courteous, helped with luggage, key was handed over, paperwork checked and signed, perfect.We were told where to go for the car on our return.... everything went just as well, car was there within 1 minute, no problems at all, help with luggage again, and we were off. Excellent, could not be bettered, Thank you.

Excellent in every way. While their rates continue in this competitive fashion I won't look elsewhere! We didn't even have to pay an additional sum to exit the carpark - as one does with some 'meet & greet' competitors!

The whole experience was painless. We rang to say we were near, they told us clearly where to be, they were there when we got there, and exactly the same on the return, asked how our trip had been and really seemed to care! Paid for the parking with a smile, which was appreciated at midnight in pouring rain. If we happen to use Stansted again, I will definitely use them and wonder if they have a branch at Gatwick where more of our flights depart.
