After reading other reviews I was unsure of what to expect as this was the first time of using drop and collect type parking. I was pleasantly surprised. We got to Stansted an hour and a half late due to problems on the M11 so lots of people were late and in a hurry, the attendant was polite and helpful, even though he was rushed off his feet. On our return I expected all the delays and a muddy car that I had read about. But again the attendant (from Meteor this time)was polite and cheerful, the car was waiting for us when got to the collection area and it was still clean. Very pleased. Both attendants are a credit to their companies. By the way, when you get to the first roundabout at the airport take the exit signed "Authorised vehicles only", up the ramp to the barrier.

This service at Stanstead was great. Chap was there to meet us, so no hanging about,crossed road and straight into departures. They ask you to call them after you've cleared customs on return, only prob line was engaged for about 10mins,but when i'd got through we only waited about 10 mins if that. Very happy with this company, not sure how efficient it would be in busier periods eg school hols etc!

Very irate upon finding out that my booking cost more than quoted. I did a comparison online via my phone. I book marked the quote of 36.00. Two days later I then picked up bookmark still showing as 36 and proceeded to pay for booking. Did not receive confirmation email but did not follow up until few days before travel. Checked my bank and 57.80 had been taken! Found a number to call on bookmark and at first was told no refund for my booking. Was very angry. The third party then contacted aardvark and I was told I would get a refund. You should sort out this problem to prevent people being over charged. Lucky I managed to get midterm parking but what I had hoped was for aardvark to give me at the original price. How & ever it was rectified so thank you but wouldn't probably use again.

Will be using this service again. Best way no waiting on buses at silly hours in the morning. Thank you looking forward to our next trip

This service was great, we were expected and staff were ready for meet and greet. Likewise on return, all went to plan and car was returned quickly. 5 star service, highly recommended!

Easy to find the drop off point. Very close to airport entrance. Less easy to find the pick up point on return; the directions I was given on the phone could have been clearer. However, generally an excellent service. Everything is close at hand and convenient. I would use again

Will definitely use Aardvark Parking from now on. When you go on holiday you need to go care free and not worry about anything, this is exactly the experience we enjoyed.

This really is the best way to arrive and/or depart from Stansted airport. Absolutely stress free and so convenient. Friendly and helpful staff too. Thank you Aardvark.

This is the best meet and greet service I have used. A very efficient company with polite and friendly staff. I would recommend this company and will definitely them use again.

there was a bit of a delay in the car turning up on my return but the chap apologised and said it was because somebody parked in the wrong place and blocked him getting my car out. Far better he apologised and gave me a reason rather than just not saying anything, so I was happy.

Very polite staff, waiting for us when we arrived and waiting with our car when we returned. Nothing bad to say at all.

You drop car off at the front of the Terminal and walk through to the Departure lounge no waiting for busses.On your return you call up and the car is brought to you no waiting around a real tonic

It was an awful morning when we arrived, we were about 30 minutes ealy but your chap was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. The guy (Mark) who brought the car back was very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely use Aardvark when we travel again in October

Just as advertised - met at departures, car photographed & driven away by friendly driver. Car & driver waiting for us outside arrivals on our return. Slightly grumpy driver if I'm being really picky but the service was brilliant and we were on our way home before our friends had even boarded their bus to the mid stay car park. Will use again!

we got at the airport gave the man our keys, he was very polite and told us what to do when we returned. very good service, we use again.

Effecient service great to drop car and walk into the airport with the children, no waiting for transport back to car.

Drop off very hassle free Collection a bit more difficult, seemed to have got stuck in a very busy period

Easy to drop off car and speedy delivery upon return. Will use this service again.
