The sort of customer experience that I would like everywhere. Polite and efficient. We always use them when we park at Stansted.

This is the 2nd time I have used Aardvark and I shall use them whenever possible, I love valet parking, it takes the hassle out of getting a bus to and from a car park and is particularly useful when I am travelling with my 84 year old mother. If you have children or anyone who has trouble transporting their own bags I would recommend valet parking 100%. The Aardvark personel could not have been more helpful assisting with getting luggage in and out of the car. Brilliant

Collection of te vehicle was great no problems. Picking up the vehicle was another matter, we where told 15-20 mins delay after this time we where told it was on its way, and it wasn't the driver I asked was rude and surly and we waited 45 mins to collect the car. We could have gone to a normal and cheaper parking option. I wouldn't bother with this company I have had much better alert parking from other companies.

It was early in the morning and the driver was there waiting for me.also when we arrived back it was one quick call and the car was waiting. . Great service thanks.

Everything worked exactly as booked which was a great relief as we were late arriving at the airport!

Waited 25 minutes outside in the cold on our return to Stansted airport. Would have been quicker to use the long term car park and makes valet parking completely pointless. Won't use again.

Slight problem on arrival barrier did not open but after speaking to control via the intercom barrier was lifted and all went well afterwards Think instructions for return could be better .Like advising on paperwork to go and wait by blue barrier in short term car park. After phoning to advise you are ready to pick up car when clearing customs.

We gave 10 minutes notice and arrived early. We were delighted we could drive up in front of the airport into the private zone. Waited only a few minutes before being met. On return the car had already arrived in the short term car park so we didn't have to wait at all. Altogether very satisfactory and very good value.

It made travelling to and from the airport so much easier than trying to get there by public transport or having the expense of a taxi as we live some 55 miles. Thank you for operating such a helpful service.

To ease the torment of travelling with a cheap airline we decided to use 'Meet and Greet' parking for the first time and we weren't disappointed - the great service began and ended our holiday very calmly and efficiently........unlike the flight.

First time I ever booked with them their system didn't show the booking and I was left waiting 15 minutes for them to arrive. Second time all good - apparently if you book on the same day of travel you can expect some hiccups. Also, their phone number is constantly busy which can be stressful (they do have people on the ground though). Overall, I'd definitely allow for 10 minutes for the handover at arrival to be on the safe side.

Drop off was easy and collection was even better. Car was ouside the airport within 5 mins of making the call. Whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. Would use Aardvark again and good value for money. Friends used an alternative car parking method and now are going to change to Aardvark, so good job.

We dropped the car right outside the terminal and it was returned to us in the short stay car park at Stansted. It could not have been easier.

Easy access to meet and greet at Stanstead. Whole thing only took 5 to 10 minutes at each end. Friendly and efficient staff. Would definitely use again.

I've used several (maybe five) different meet & greet companies at Stansted and this has been the best by far - most punctual, most polite, most accommodating.

Due to a shortage of staff or could not cope or poor organisation we were left waiting 45 minutes at arrivals. This defeated the idea of paying more so we could just get in and go after our holiday. No apologies no offering of compensation. Very disappointed and not a great way to finish the holiday.

Flying is fun. Parking and the airport experience is hell Meet and greet takes away a lot of that pain

Not the cheapest option at stansted but have tried a few and the closest when you have lots of luggage and kids!
