The car came back very dirty on the outside. The meet and greet service worked well when leaving the country but when we returned the service was very poor. We had to wait for our car for 35 mins and when I called the customer service line - I was reassured that the car was on its way - pure lies!!!!

They collected the car quickly and returned it promptly with a smile. I'm a big fan of valet parking, it makes the whole airport experience so much nicer.

Have used others at Stansted before, unfortunately cannot remember name as they were excellent. Cannot fault Aardvark in that all were friendly and all went to plan, I think they were very busy during the period and hence on both departure and arrival we had to hang about for 10 mins even though we rang ahead for our departure, but overall nothing at all to complain about -just comparing to previous times where person has been waiting at both ends of the trip. Car in same condition and only travelled 4 miles and great drop off /pick up points -would definitely recommend.

So handy to drive straight to the aiport and have your vehicle delivered back on return. Only had a short wait both times - nothing inconvenient. Professional, polite service & the fee to leave the car park was included. Most definitely would use agan.

When we arrived the directions were not too clear and the girl on the phone not too friendly and indistinct. On a positive side, the staff who picked up and delivered the car were very good. As detailed in the instructions we waited until we had picked up our baggage before phoning. It took a long time to get through and when we did we were told the car would be with us in a few minutes. This turned out to be 10 to 15 minutes which is no big deal unless you have a two year old and a five month old baby plus a biting northeast wind. The reason we chose valet parking was because of the children. Is it not possible to despatch the cars once the flight has landed?

I've never used meet and greet before and was a little dubious how it would work but from the moment we set off on our journey I recieved texts (very reassuring) to say you were awaiting our arrival. The lady on the phone giving us directions was most helpful. Throughout the whole experience of dropping the car off and picking it up again, every detail had been dealt with and we had nothing to worry about. I would definatley use your service again and recommend you to anyone needing airport parking :) Thank you to everyone involved in making our experience an easy one.

Booked last minute and was cheapest option. Simple and effective service with no messing around with transfers. Would use again without a doubt.

Road works at airport & infomation given when phone call made sent us to the wrong part of airport. Barriers saying entry only for coaches & buses stopped us going the right way which then attracted the attention of a airport parking camera van who then followed very close behind with headlights dazzeling untill I finely lost him. First time we have used this airport & found it not to be a friendly place. On our return phone call made & my car did not arrive, made another call & was told car wouldnt start so they sent a van to pick us up. On arriving the car alarm was sounding & all functions on the car had gone to lock out mode. I had to re program the system to start the car so we could be on our way. I dont know what the driver had done to cause this,guess he played with the keys & controls in the car, My seat position had been moved it is a electric memory seat so i pressed the m button to put it back and ended up squashed against the stearing wheel, I noticed the lpg lights on the dash were not on strange it was almost full when we left it at airport so I called to a garage to fill up only to find could only put £7 worth of gas in, on further investigation found the switch had been turned off on the dash. Thought this service was going to be the way to go but sorry too much grief & stress for my likeing.

First time I have used this service at Stanstead. It was an excellent experience. Driver waiting on arrival on departure. Rang as we left customs vehicle pulled up as we got to car park. Have now used this service at Heatrow, Gatwick & Luton always been excellent.

overall having used several meet and greet servie very good value awaiting for us on collection would recommend

My flight was cancelled and I was delayed returning until the following morning. This was no problem and I was met when my new flight landed. No extra charges or complaint from Aardvark that I was 12hrs later collecting my car. I would highly recommend them based in this experience.

Waiting for us when we arrived, and only 5 mins waiting on the return even though our flight was delayed by an hour and a half! Very pleasant staff, and a very smoothly run operation. Will definitely use again!

Our flight had 4 hours delay and we landed at 3 am. We called the car park and they went immediately to pick us up. Great service

No wait in or out. Car exactly as left. Very convenient location. Will use again

i phoned ten minutes before i arrived and returned on both occassions my car was picked up and dropped off very smoothly.

Pick up and drop off service was smooth and quick. No waiting time - most welcome at the unsocial times that we travelled! Would use again and recommend to anyone! So much easier and convenient than standard parking facilities at stansted.

Easy booking, attendant waiting. Return took a couple of minutes. Very easy.

5am drop off and a midnight (delayed) return but in both cases the waiting time was no more than 5 minuets.

Having to wait 20 minutes as you arrive at the airport to drop off the car is a shame bearing in mind you give a 10 minute warning of your arrival. Knowing your car will start (and in the case of freezing fog be defrosted) is a welcome on your return
