Never having travelled from Stansted before I was hoping all arrangements would work smoothly as I had two important clients with me. On the day I am sure my clients thought I had done the trip many times as it all worked like clock-work. Signage was excellent, instant number plate recognition enabled us to enter the parking areas without any problems, we found a parking space quickly and the transfer bus set off as soon as we had boarded. Similarly on our return a bus was waiting at Arrivals to take us back to our car and it too set off as soon as we had boarded. We were on our way home 15 mins after landing - what a superb service you offer! Would highly recommend it.

I didn't have to wait for a coach when leaving or on arrival. The signs were clearly marked and the website user friendly.

The web site is very easy to use and the reminder was also helpful. Overall, I would use this company again.

Frequent (10 minute transfer) and relatively short ride really helped compared with other types of parking. I also much prefer to keep the car keys in my possession. Entry & exit were very straightforward, but there not many spare places when we arrived in park C at 4.0 am.

On the whole everything went smoothly. I would use this service again.

Buses were clean and frequent. I liked being able to park my car myself and keep hold of my keys. Very reasonable price.

Booked on line, turned up and entered with no problems. Transfer coaches arrived frquently. my flight was delayed and i overstayed briefly but was not charged any excess.

Staff were so helpful as we had changed our car the day before traveling they made it so easy for us and were also very helpfull on the phone explaining in simple terms , all in all an excellent service and parking fercilititys

On arrival the bus was waiting and we left about 5 minutes later. On our return we just missed a bus and had to wait longer than expected for the next bus to arrive. Friendly staff.

Overall a very positive experience. No problem getting into the car park. The transfer bus was already waiting. Short distance to the terminal. On the way back the transfer bus was already waiting at the terminal, fast drive back to the car park and no problem getting the car out. Very happy with the service. Thank you.

I am SO glad I stumbled across this while looking for parking at Stansted. It saved me about £50! (if booking from Stansteds website). We arrived 5 minutes before the time I'd booked and was dubious as to whether this would be an issue but everything ran smoothly. The camera recognized the plate and let us in and found a space relatively quickly. Although we just missed the bus another one quickly came, definitely within 8-10 minutes if not quicker. Felt very safe leaving the car here, would definitely recommend and use again.

So thankful to the guy who help us. He is one of your crew. Thanks a lot and great service and convenience on travelling.

Always prefer the parking where you get to keep the keys and the official airport parking have not disappointed me before.

If my car is not recognised at entry, then there should be some sort of visible alert. So I drove up to the barrier and was "charged" £120 (or some such) which is a bit of a shock when I have pre-paid. I had to reverse out (fortunately no one behind me and enter the booth lane.

On the way to a weeks holiday we parked at mid stay car park, and I in my experiance its very good or if you get on good deal its the best value for money. The main reasons for that are, that you are not paying anywhere close to short stay car park fees ( it cost me around £42 for a week), its only 5 min on the bus, so its a lot closer then long stay car park. Plus bus stops are every 100 yards, so you only have to walk a little bit to get to your car from the bus stop. I realy think its very very good value for your money. And if you think about it you can't get to the airport from London and back (at the middle of the night) for £42 on the public transport. If you traveling not alone, its even more money...

Does what it says on the tin. For a mid/short trip, Mis-Stay prebooked is the best.
