5 minute transfer to the airport and regular buses (even at 4am) to drop you off outside terminal doors, no need to pay for more expensive valet service. Payment per 24 hours from time of entry (rather than part of a day) is the only downside.

I just missed the coach to the airport but no complaints as the next one appeared 10 minutes later, as expected. Everything else was pretty well perfect, including a very jovial bus driver on the journey back to the car park

Straightforward access to the site and easy quick transfer to the terminal.Upon return clear instructions from the driver about indicating your stop thereby avoiding unnecessary stops.

The experience was excellent.....except the exit barrier did not recognise my ticket. Fortunately the very friendly and efficient operator did! It was a good job I kept my reservation number with me

when we parked bus was at stop we were at the airport in about 10 minutes of arriving.brilliant. thank you.

As I said, there's nothing really to complain about. The only niggle is that a little more explanation would be needed to help me get back to my car. I was at 2A, but it's not made clear which digit is the one you have to absolutely remember. In the end I found it easier to get back to my car by remembering the route I drove from the entrance, but unfortunately the bus drove all over the place so it made it harder to orientate myself at 1am on a cold, dark night night having flown back long haul.

As I live very close to Norwich Airport I would have rather have used that airport, but they do not offer any suitable destinations at this time of the year, so we have to use Stansted or Luton. I found this service very convenient and the transfers very good, no waiting at either end for us, despite the early departure flight time, (06.30),I would certainly use this comparison site again, I wish the car parking charges were a little cheaper though.

Ticket would not function at auto barrier when we returned, fortunately, i had my booking reference with me and eventually all was ok. a bit frustrating

It should be madeclear that Mid Stay is in fact 3 Car Parks. When you aren't familiar with this service it can seem that Mid Stay Car Park is 1 Car Park and then you have to go looking in the dark for the Car Park you need. Unneccesary.

On the whole I was very impressed with the service. The only downfall was that the entrance barriers were not working and we sat in the car not knowing what to do. We had to then call for help. A notice to inform us what to do would have been helpful.

All great especially the price and speed a small glitch on the way out as my ticket was not recognized - a friendly voice sorted it out and I had the booking number with me as suggested on the instructions.

Very easy, very quick to get to the airport. Good price for a single full day.

Dear Sir as the weather was so bad I had to cancel my trip therefore I didn't need to park my car. I still have to pay for the car park so I have lost my money. I will definitely use your company again, is there any chance of a refund? Or as my next trip will be on the 15th February, could by booking be transferred?

2 minute wait for bus on outward journey and bus was waiting at stop on homeward journey.

Easy booking, easy to find, quick & simple bus transfer. Would happily use again.

Huge car park, make sure you know exactly where you leave your car or it could take some finding!

Everything worked brilliantly when I used Mid Stay Parking. It was easy to find, there was lot's of available parking and a bus was already waiting when I arrived. It took only 5 minutes to the terminal. Same thing on the way back. Only a short wait and a short bus ride and I was back at my car. Couldn't have been easier.
