The website booking was easy to use. Confirmation was immediate and even a reminder was sent prior to arrival. Transfers were swift. Will definately use again.

the driver was a bit strict-not rude but not polite either. nowhere near a bus driver I met a week before in Gatwick-very helpful , very polite and making people laugh.

Mid stay alway sbeen good up to now This was really bad, 50mins to get out

Always found that the mid stay car park has got good and quick connections to the airport both going and coming back!

Upon arrival at the gate at the specified time the vehicle recognition did not work, there was an interminable wait whilst the attendant responded to the intercom. Upon informing him of the booking number there was another interminable wait (approx 10mins) before the barrier lifted. No explanation or apology was proffered.

I would use again as felt secure and easy. The buses run very frequently and our driver was quite funny:) and it was nice to be so near the airport

Everything is good But you do have to wait for the Bus & sometimes this does take longer than the expected time PLUS near to the Terminal & easy to enter & exit.
