not sure if i will be using it again.Kitchen staff and cleaning ladys were great however front office staff is extremly rude and unhelpfull!!!! ordered to get shower and had to wait 40 min plus were send to another floor to get shower!!! we were traveling with infant and was quite surprise that we were send away for shower!!!

Good efficient and friendly service all needs catered for. Would certainly use this lounge again.

Well worth the money, Very welcome shower and a chance for fresh clothes and great choice of food on offer in relax atmosphere with very helpfull staff.

all the facilities were excellent. Had there been few lounge chairs it would have been better to stretch out and have some shut eyes. However we were happy with all the facilities and the politeness of the staff. Will defenately Use the lounge on my next travel through Hong Kong.

Took me a while to find the entrance and was desperately in need of a shower but was told to come back in an hour. Shower was good and very welcome. Food choice was very limited.

I found the staff helpful and the facilities good although maybe more shower rooms would be ideal. English newspapers would also have been welcome , however over all a good place to rest during a long transit .

Could not use showers because the queue was too long. Seating OK, variety of food and drink limited. Unfriendly staff. I booked a place together with mine for a client who accompanied me, and was embarassed by the experience. Really disappointed.

Fine. Directions to the facility from within the airport not great. Could possibly do with a greater variety of food (more basic stuff). Shower and washing facilities excellent and this was our main reason for using it. Generally, good value for money.

After a long flight found the lounge and facilities just the ideal place to recharge my batteries and refresh myself for my onward flight. Would recommened this facility to all long distance traverlers passing through Hong Kong.Exellent airport and lounge facilities.

Due to a 7 hour stop over in Hong Kong, we thought we would book into the lounge to freshen up. The lounge was quiet, relaxing and definitely worth every penny to be away from the noise and hassle of a busy HK airport.
