Dubai International Business Class Lounge reviews

I will be using the business lounge on a regular basis. It is out of the way from the mainstream visitors and yet close to the duty free shopping. The lounge is clean, quiet, and comfortable for a sitting and relaxing. The food bar is open continueously and showers are always available. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Good choice for your traveling needs.

the furnitures are not comfortable, most part of the lounge is hot, got to move closer to the front desk to get some cool air. comparing many business class lounges around the world, i find this lounge the most primitive. please check out few of the lounges in terminal three, you can judge yourself.

The variaty of food and the cleaness was very good. Also the silent section!

This is the only lounge that accept payment with shower facilites at DXB, I am a first time user of Emirates and first timer through DXB. It was a decent experience comparable to the OneWorld and Star Alliance business lounges. I have used these lounges around the world for the past 3 years on multiple round the world business trips. Food was reasonably good and decent selection of beverages. Sofas and rest area is acceptable - older style but clean. However, two constructive comments: 1. The bathrooms should be cleaned after each use and there is a strong smell of cigarettes in both showers. Would be nice after a long first leg between Australia and Brazil to have a decent shower and relax before the next long leg. 2. When booking online, we need to print the booking and not just quote confirmation number and present boarding pass to the concierge. Sometimes we are rushed for time to make a printout, and potentially be caught out, but minor problem. Would recommend this lounge favourably if the shower cleanliness is sorted! Thanks..

The reason I booked into the Business Lounge was for the sole reason of being able to shower before my flight. I was not able to do so because the shower area was dirty and smelly. In addition, the toilets smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke. Al in all very unpleasant and not the standard I was expecting.

Coud improve service at the table and put some recline chairs. Good food quality. My overoll experience: 9 over 10

Good amenities. Could have more seating area and NOT have a smoking section. Smoke from that section was spreading into the other areas of the lounge. Some activities/area for children would have been appreciated. Overall though it was a pleasant stay.

For a single traveller, the Lounge gives you time to organise yourself, relax, take a coffee or meal, sit comfortably after the hurly burly of of the shopping area.

lounge very nice, although a good walk from terminal 1, showers basic and could do with a clean, food and drink excelent.

So much better to use The Dubai Lounge than to sit in the airport. The clean showers and full spectrum of food and drinks is well worth the small entry fee. Good job.

The lounge provided a comfortable and peaceful environment in which to relax pre-flight. Facilities were clean and a wide selection of complementary food and drink was available. Highly recommended.

The lounge was really great. However on my return I tried to book again but was informed that as it was within 24 hrs of my departure I could not book. This is a strange limitation. Nevertheless I still went to the lounge and tried to buy a pass for the duration of my transit - I was very disappointed to discover that the cost had arisen dramtically from GBP19 (when booked over the internet) to GBP36 as a walk in. I find this rather offensive.

We arrived on Emirates and were due to leave on Emirates (i guess like many people). I now that this means terminal 3 for both trips so a lounge in terminal 1 is a complete waste of time given the size of the airport. We paid for the use of the lounge but never got to use it. With no cars to get you there should just spend the money on eating at one of the closer restaurants. I wouldn't recommend this service. The only place to be is the actual Emirates lounge if can get access to this.

Pleasant welcome nice surroundings good choice of food and drinks a very pleasurable all round experience.

The lounge is disgustingly dirty, dark and dingy. The toilets were just apalling and the stench horrific. The chairs in the lounge were torn and dirty. The light is dark and I don't think there is any air con in this area. I was shocked that considering the modern airport that this area of the airport that you pay to go into it is this horrendous.

Dubai International Business Class Lounge would not accept entry on the pre-paid voucher. You took money without providing a service.

It's a real value for money and worth when you have more than 3 hours beetwen flights.

It's incredible: for a little price, I've got the best food and the best drink. All you can eat, all you can drink! And a smokers room! The best!

We travelled on an overnight flight into Dubai. The shower facilities were reasonable the lounge was exceptional and the food good, varied and well presented. All in all an excellent experience.
