Dubai International Business Class Lounge reviews

The food in this lounge was delicious and the seating comfortable , the staff friendly and helpful . The location , however was a long walk from the central part of the terminal , had to allow a lot of time to reach the departure gate on time . Also , the shower facilities lacked places to put your clothes while taking a shower and the washing facilities in general could be improved .

The lounge was of a good standard, my only fault would be as a smoker it would be nice for the smoking room to have some air freshner something to make the room feel that your traveling company wod also like to sit and chat with you while you have a smoke. I do say in genral the lounge was a great standard. would recommend any one to book this before you go on your travels

Food is better in the lounge than the knockoff American food served everywhere else in the airport. Enjoy.

After a 14 hour flight from Melbourne the idea of the lounge sounded very appealing . It was a very long hike from the gate to the lounge andwe were lucky to find it Dubai is such a VAST airport . We were looking forward to a shower ,alas, the cubicle was very ordiary compared to similar facities in other airports and the was nowhere much to stow your cabin valuables while showering , ended up having to take them into the shower area with us . The seating was comfortable but i think the food was sitting out on the Bain Marie for quite sometme before because it tasted very plain .Overall there is some room for improvement h this facility .

I have used your facilities twice now and would highly recommend your service to others. The food was always fresh with a variety of ethnic dishes to choice from. Also the showers were clean and the soap, tooth brushes and shaving extras came in handy. The staff was hospitable no matter the time a day that I came through. Thanks for providing this service. The Dubai International Business Class Lounge was a peaceful respite in the middle of a very long trip. The perfect place to spend time when you have a wait of 3 or 4 hours between flights. You can relax, eat, shower, work, rest. The staff were helpful yet unobtrusive. I would recommend this to my friends.

Outstanding food, and for the cost outstanding especially when you include that you can take a shower as well.

The best food was pretty much cheese and crackers, the lounge is a couch, wifi, a drink, and cheese. Other lounges typically offer reclining chairs, massage chairs, some decent food options.

This is the first time I have used your service and Dubai business Lounges. It would have helped me choose the correct lounge for my Emirates airline flights if there was some advice on which airlines flew from gates near each lounge. My wife and I used a lounge as we knew we would be tired but then had some very long walks due to my ignorant choice of lounge.

I'll return to this facility when there's an extended delay between my flights. The one complaint I will register is that there is woefully inadeqaute free internet WIFI connectivity. After spending this much money this would be a very nice addtion to the services provided.

Food could be refreshed a bit more often, I should have booked the five hour option. All in all worth it for a long layover in Dubai

I stay here every time when flying into Dubai. I can take a shower, check my email, get a meal and have a drink. Great place to get some rest away from the hustle of the busy terminal between flights. My only wish is that they would keep the beer and sodas colder. More ice is needed in the drink bins. Pretty minor, I know. Overall this place is great. The staff is super friendly and they recognize me every time I come in, even though is months between visits.

The 3 hour stay at the Dubai International Business Class Lounge allowed me to be refreshed, fed well, and ready for my next flight. Great value for money if you have a long airport layover in Dubai.

The only reasoning I use the lounge is to do with the smoking area. It is a long walk form terminal 3. I find the receptioni staff a bit hit and miss in terms of courtesy.

Value for money was fantastic, enjoyed getting away from the crowds and taking some time out in the lounge. Would use their services again!

Just the ticket! Excellent food and drinks that was regularly replenished. Comfortable and quiet with appropriate facilities to match.

Although it had its faults when visited, no plates, no glasses and small selection of sandwiches, overall it is a pleasant experience.To be able to sit down and enjoy some personal space with a drink and some food means I believe it is very good value and would recommend.

It was very good, we really enjoyed me and three of my friends, we could eat as much as we liked, drink anything , waitress coming and asking us every 5 min or so, we could smoke cigarette and plus we took shower,I don't really know what else to say. Just Brilliant Lulzim , Kosova

This is my 2nd visit to the lounge. The menu is bland, but that is understandable since British influence is pervasive in Dubai. The carton of milk I selected contained water and yellowish globs. It probably needed shaking before I opened it. The internet would not connect with my iPad. The front desk does not hand out the password for the internet upon arrival as a matter of course, so one has to go back to retrieve it. My reason for returning to the lounge was to get a shower prior to a 14-hour flight after an earlier flight and the weariness of the day. I have suggested before, to no avail, so I will comment on it again. The shower has no fan, so drying off is problematic. There are no hangers for clothing. There are no hooks. There is no place but your own luggage or backpack over which to lay out clean clothes. I got a shower, but was plenty steamed. The shower is a necessity. The experience is not worth what it costs.
