Nice to relax, found the staff very stern and not helpfull. But on a good note loved the new design interior and will book again.

I am not a good traveller, I arrived tired, stressed out. I was greeted by friendly staff, and had time to relax in peace and quiet before my flight. Soup, and other snacks were available, also a much needed glass of wine. And then coffee before I board my plane. Thank you applying via the Internet was quick and easy, also many thanks to the staff at the lounge. Adrienne

The staff were polite and friendly, the facilities were great. Excellent value for money. Will definitely be using this again.

Pleasant atmosphere, great value without the hustle and bustle usually afforded to the departure lounge.

having always used the Bollin lounge, this updated part has not got its act together yet. Why soup only served at a certain time? Were are the choice of snacks that was in the old lounge? I may try it again, when its all open, but they are a few lounges to chose from, offering a better service and selection.
