easy access from the motorway to the APH, friendly staff with a quick and easy check-in.we were given an instructions card. We will definitely leave our car there for our next holidays.

Transfers to and from Gatwick were very easy. Little/no waiting. Parking/return of car very easy too. Would use APH again. Highly recommended.

Don't rely on GPS and post code to get you there. Printed directions from the internet receipt are much more accurate. Staff friendly and helpful with no hanging about for the bus to the airport. Got a super rate so top marks all around. Many thanks!

I always use APH when using Gatwick and will continue to do so. Extremely efficient service. Transfers (the important bit) are very convenient. Security has never caused a problem.

Thank you so much for the service you provided 24 hours. I was worried that I am not going to get my car around 2 am as my flight got delayed by 5 hours. But when called, was delighted to find that APH running 24/7 and even transfer buses run in 15 minutes interval. I was really pleased with their valuable service.

Booked on-line and was surprised at the low cost. Wasn't expecting the excellent service we received. This was a high quality operation managed well and staffed by helpful people.

APH took all the worry out of parking and getting to the airport. Clear directions were given and it was easy to find. No waiting about, went straight in and checked in with my printed voucher and a coach was waiting to whisk us to the airport. The driver put our cases in and out of the hold and was extremely helpful and pleasant. On our return we called APH as advised and were told there was a coach already outside the airport. We jumped straight on and our car was ready waiting for us to pick up. Will be using APH every time now. Great service!

We chose APH based on price and proximity to Gatwick and were not disappointed. The directions to get there were easy to follow, the process from start to finish was hastle free and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Started and finished our holiday very nicely - thanks very much!

We were delayed 24 hrs and only charged 3 pounds extra. I think this is good value!

We have had a very good and smooth experience with APH at Gatwick. From the reception staff to the bus drivers, they were all very helpful and couldnt do enough to help. We rang through when we landed, the bus arrived within 10 minutes of us reaching the bus stop and our car was by the reception building at APH when we arrived. I cant fault the services at all. I will be using APH again on my next flight from Gatwick

I am really annoyed that the driver had the cheek to throw our luggage on the hard surface in front of me & group of friends. I told him not to chuck them & he plainly ignored me.. My luggage is damaged which I am not happy.. Will never use it ever again, 2nd bad experience the 1st one was worst ever!!
